    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 Chrysler 200. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, THE TRANSMISSION FAILED AND THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED IN THE MIDDLE OF TRAFFIC AND THE VEHICLE WAS ALMOST STRUCK BY ANOTHER VEHICLE. ALL THE WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO JIM MARSH CHRYSLER JEEP (8575 W CENTENNIAL PKWY, LAS VEGAS, NV 89149, (702) 946-9000) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT A NEW POWER TRAIN CONTROL MODULE WAS NEEDED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 40,000.

    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 Chrysler 200. WHILE DRIVING 60 MPH, THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ILLUMINATED AND THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE POWER DISTRIBUTION CENTER CONNECTORS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, AND THE TCM AND PCM NEEDED TO BE REPROGRAMMED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED UNDER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 15V470000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM); HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE.
