The vehicle was running on idle parked after being driven and on for less than 20 minutes. I started the van at 8:35. Drove away at 8:41, let it run on idle for 5 minutes, drove away, let it idle for 2 minutes at 9:04, drove away, let it idle at 9:06 and was smoking and had flames by 9:23 when we noticed it. The heat gauge didn't change, there was no indication that my engine was on fire or there was any issue. It drove fine, no smell, nothing. We have zero idea what happened other than it started in the engine compartment. Is it currently still sitting in the parking lot that it was pushed to away from the building as to not cause more damage to the building. It was sitting outside a building, so everyone inside and outside were in the area of smoke and flames. There is not a police report, but there is a fire report. I can email that over if needed. I'm still waiting for the fire marshalls final report. I also have active videos of it with flames shooting out of the engine and from under the hood if needed that i can email over.
The racetrack and the tail light do not work at all. I went to get my durango inspected and they couldn't do it due to this issue. There was water coming out of the hatch when a mechanic was looking at this problem. I was told even if i spent a lot of money to fix it, it probably would repeat itself. My car has not been inspected for over month due to this issue.

I’m not sure if anyone has reported dodge ( challengers ) windshields unexpectedly without impact cracking. I’m seeing it a lot on the 2023 years my windshield cracked without impact, my brother also has a 2023 scatpack and his windshield cracked not even a week after purchasing the car. My cousin and uncle both have a 2016 and both windshields are cracked. I’m seeing a lot of videos on social media with people getting challengers and their windshields are cracked aswell there is no ways it’s a coincidence.
I was in the middle of an intersection. And the completely shut off!! The dash light came on but would not start back up.
Passenger headrest airbag deployed while car was stationary in garage. My daughter was hit sharply by deployed airbag. Has not yet been inspected, but is available for inspection. No warning this would happen.
Reflectors are critical for visibility especially when it is foggy outside. My reflectors made my vehicle less visible to other driver because he backed his trailer into my car not seeing my lights or me and directly caused or perhaps contributed to the accident. I seek compensation due to the product liability. Manufactures must be held responsible for defective vehicles parts, which caused it a prone to failure, manufacturing defects and failure to warn in a timely matter which could have prevented my accident. I would like to file a claim with dodge stellantis for compensation and for my personal injuries. I would like the repairs costs for the front driver side because my deductible is 1,000.
