    SENSOR ON MY HANDLE AND THE KEY QUIT WORKING OVER THIS PAST YEAR MY CAR HAS BEEN AT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT FOR DAYS AND WEEKS AT A TIME FOR THE SAME ISSUE DEALERSHIP HAS CHECK ALL SETTING THEY HAVE CHANGED THE BATTER THREE TIMES IN THE CAR AND TWICE IN THEY HAVE CHANGED THE BATTERY IN THE REMOTE , I?M NOW TOLD THAT THEY JUST CHANGED THE DOOR HANDLE AND WAS TOLD THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT, AND WAS ASKED TO PICK UP THE CAR , I STRESSED THAT I WILL BE OUT OF WARRANTY AND I DON?T WANT TO HAVE THIS SAME PROBLEM HEN ITS EXPIRED OR TRANSFER OR SELL TO SOMEONE ELSE TO INHERIT THIS ISSUE. PLEASE NOTE ,THE PUSH BUTTON ON THE HANDLE DO NOT WORK ON THE PASSENGER SIDE, AND THE PUSH BUTTON DO NOT WORK ON THE HANDLE ON THE DRIVER SIDE THIS WOULD HAPPEN RANDOMLY EACH TIME I HAVE TAKEN MY CAR QX50 TO THE DEALER FOR SERVICE ATTENTION I WAS TOLD THEY WILL NEED TO SEE THE ISSUE SO I PROVIDED THEM WITH THE VIDEO , THIS LAST TIME THEY SEEN IT THEMSELVES AND DECIDED TO HOLD ONTO THE FOR FURTHER RESEARCH , THIS IS WHEN I WAS ASKED TO PICK UP THE CAR IN ITS CONDITION. THEY CANNOT SAY WHY HANDLE SENSOR AND LOCK QUIT WORKING EVEN AFTER RUNNING DIAGNOSTICS. MY GUESS IS THAT SINCE BOTH SIDES AREN'T WORKING, IT IS UNLIKELY THAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE SENSOR AS BOTH SIDES WOULD HAVE HAD TO FAIL AT THE SAME TIME EACH TIME. *LN*JB

    Rm collision forged my signature to cash out 20'000$ and did not fix my car. My car was stolen june 15, 2019

    The car's computer malfunctioned when parking the car and pressing the brake. The car immediately accelerated at full speed, went over the yellow median and hit a pole causing an accident in the school parking lot, the whole front left side of the car to be completely damaged, the side airbag on the driver's seat coming out, etc.

    My wife opened the rear liftgate using the outside electronic door switch on the liftgate. The liftgate electrically fully opened. My wife started to load items into the rear of the suv. The door electrically closed on its own. The door struck the back of my wife's head before she could get out of the way. The door did not stop or open automatically, or detect an object in its path. She tried to reopen the liftgate using the switch, and it raised about 5 inches and then immediately shut. She brought the vehicle home and told me what happened. I opened the rear liftgate using the exterior switch as she had. The gate fully opened electrically and without stopping it immediately closed. I tried to open the liftgate again and it lifted about 5 inches and immediately closed. She drove the car to the dealer and showed the infiniti of coral gables service department. They repeated the actions, the door opened and immediately closed by itself. I contacted infiniti customer service and they opened incident 36294200. They gave her a loaner car and have requested the dealer not repair the car until a specialist arrives. The car was parked and not running on all three occasions.
