    BOUGHT A LEFT OVER 2017 Kia Cadenza IN JULY OF 18,WITHIN FIRST 10,000 MILES CAR STARTED SOUNDING LIKE A HELICOPTER,TOOK TO THE DEALERSHIP,THEY DROVE IT,THOUGHT MAYBE A WHEEL BEARING,REPLACED THAT,ROTATED TIRES TOLD ME TO DRIVE FOR AWHILE AND SEE IF THAT CHANGED IT,WENT BACK 3 WEEKS LATER SAYING NEED TO ROTATE TIRES THEN WENT BACK AGAIN AT 17500 MILES WITH SAME ISSUE,SERVICE ADVISOR ASKED ME HARSHLY ?WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN DRIVING THIS THING?, I TELL ON THE HIGHWAY TO AND FROM WORK AND DAILY DRIVING,HE TELLS ME YOU KNOW YOU CAN TAKE THIS TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP, I SAY NO IT?S CALLED LOYALTY, I SPEAK WITH SERVICE MANAGER,HE DRIVES THE CAR REALIZING IT IS LOUD,HAS TIRES TAKEN OFF ANOTHER IDENTICAL CAR,SOUND GOES AWAY,HE TALKS TO KIA,THEY DECIDE TO GIVE ME NEW TIRES,THEY WERE INSTALLED CAR DRIVE FINE TILL ABOUT ANOTHER 12000 MILES AND NOISE CAME BACK,I WENT TO A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP FOR A OIL CHANGE 2 TIMES AND THEY NEVER SAID ANYTHING ABOUT TIRES ON THEIR INSPECTION,DECIDED TO GO BACK TO ORIGINAL DEALERSHIP AND THEY TELL ME TIRES ARE FEATHERED AGAIN, I SAY HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A CAR GOING THROUGH 2 SETS OF TIRES IN 37000 MILES,THEY TELL ME IT?S OUT OF ALIGNMENT AGAIN, I HAVE NEVER HAD A CAR NEED ALIGNMENT BEFORE A 100000 MILES NOW THE CAR SHAKES AND SWAYS WITH THE GROVES IN THE ROADS AND NEEDS A THIRD SET OF TIRES AT 37000 MILES I BELIEVE THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH THE CHASSIS OF THIS CAR,MECHANIC AT THE DEALERSHIP TOLD ME THESE CARS ARE KNOWN TO FEATHER TIRES.

    I PURCHASED MY 2016 Kia Forte IN MARCH 2017 USED AND SINCE THEN I'VE BEEN HAVING SUSPENSION PROBLEMS. MAY 2017 I HAD 3 ALIGNMENTS AND I CONSTANTLY BEEN GETTING ALIGNMENTS AND REPLACING MY BRAKES AND TIRES. AUGUST 2020 MY CAR STARTED TO CUT OFF WHILE I WAS DRIVING AND ACCELERATE WHEN I TRIED TO STOP. MY CHECK ENGINE CODE AN IGNITION COILS PROBLEM SO I DID A FULL TUNE-UP AND OIL CHANGE IN SEPTEMBER. BUT IT DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM SO AFTER THAT MY CAR CODE AN INTAKE FAILURE. I HAD IT REPAIRED IN OCTOBER BUT IT STILL DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM AND ON TOP OF THAT THE PISTONS IN THE ENGINE STARTED GRINDING. I TOOK MY CAR BACK TO THE SHOP AND THEY SAID THAT I NEED A WHOLE NEW ENGINE. NOW MY CAR BEEN SITTING EVERY SINCE THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER.

    The crash at about 2:30am early tuesday morning on nov. 24, 2020, on her way home from her nearby 2nd shift job, my wife's 2016 kia sol was hit hard on the driver's side by a car being pursued by police. Luckily, and possibly because my wife is short and sits high, she appears uninjured although visibly shaken and very nervous about night driving. My wife had pulled her car over to the right side of the 4+ lane road when she heard sirens. While pulled over with the car running and her foot on the brake, the perpetrator's vehicle crashed into the driver's side and pushed her car several feet further to the right, crumpling the doors and breaking off the left rear wheel and suspension from the impact. The police report showed that the perpetrator's vehicle approached her car from the front left, but the vehicle hit the very short kia squarely and only in the two driver's side doors with no damage to the front or rear fenders. Clearly not sideswiped where the entire side would have been damaged. Allstate insurance totaled the car and photos from the accident scene and towing yard are attached, as is the police report. No airbags deployed! None of the kia's airbags deployed. We bought the car new in late 2015 and it has been completely serviced since then at the original kia dealer. They recently updated the car's computer under a kia recall. On dec. 4, 2020, i contacted the kia consumer assistance center (kaylee c at 949-468-4689) and asked why the airbags failed. After looking at photos i sent her and from the copart lot, she quickly said the car was "sideswiped and not hit hard enough to deploy the airbags". Her response was protecting kia line as any review of the photos shows that he car was hit from the side very hard and not sideswiped. I ask that nhtsa investigate this incident as it's unlikely that only my vehicle has this potentially fatal flaw.

    Trying to avoid another vehicle approaching me in a head on collision, my engine began to stall, brakes locked up which caused suspension issues of the vehicle. Due to this, the vehicle was completely totaled and global lending services is consistently reporting it as a repossession. Both vehicles were in motion and it was on a la hwy.

    My car begin shaking while driving 70mph on the interstate. I replaced all 4 tires the prior month. I made it home to find the inside of my new rear tires were completed ruined with the wires sticking out.
