Had recall completed one month ago to correct ground wire location. Two days ago the auto start/ stop activating while in a drive through, the warning lights came on where all safety features were disabled. Gear shifter blinking in "d". Had to put transmission in park, then was able to put back in drive. When accelerating out of the parking lot at about 40 mph the vehicle shut off. Starting back instantly, but displayed gearbox failure message. Made it home vehicle shut off in the drive way and wouldn't start back, the tachometer was stuck on 1k rpm, but no power to the vehicle. Waited two hours and the vehicle started back without any issue. Towed to land rover as it is a hazard to drive. 2nd attempt at land rover for electrical issue fix. Researching online many owners have had this problem with little to no resolution from dealership/land rover

Suddenly noticed water on the console snd driver side mats. Then felt interior header lining soaked, sun visors, side pilars and dashboard wet. Also roof shade very wet. Called rr dealer. Tild me to bring it in. Never told me it was not under warranty. Charged me 408. 00 for a ridiculous diagnostic check, told me my brakes and tires needed replacement which i knew i told them before hand. The final sentence in the video says there is a leak coming fromvthe windshield somewhere but cannot repair it. Now, its raining in nyc snd my car is soaked. This is another complaint i read on here, same year, model and mileage, same leak plus my wipers on the drivers side never clean the windshield properly. Always my own mechanic said he will look at it and advise me. Thats what land rober of paramus, nj should have told me for no charge!!! Now i have a water damaged car which i believe is a manufacturer flaw!!!! I need help. Please advice!! Breaking issue that caused extreme vehicle shaking and loss of control, i took the vehicle to the dealer royal land rover tucson they indicated the breaks and rotors needed replaced and this was not a warrantied item and the cost was approximately $2,000. I had the breaks and rotors replaced and paid for the repair out of pocket, about three months later the the problem returned, i returned back to the dealer and they again replaced breaks and rotors however they covered the repair. A couple months later the problem returned so i took the vehicle back to the dealer and they opened a technical assistance case with land rover the vehicle was in their possession for 4 to 5 weeks and they replaced breaks and rotors once again, this took place about 2,000 miles prior to the factory warranty expiring. A couple months passed and the problem began to come back about 1,000 miles after the factory warranty had expired, so i scheduled the vehicle in for service at the dealer, they again opened a technical assistance case with land rover and this time land rover denied the repair as the vehicle warranty had expired. I have made numerous calls to land rover customer service i spoke to a lady on 4/20/21 who said they had authorized $1,125 in repairs to the dealer however they had not, she also said she was going to call me back and she did not. The vehicle is unsafe to drive as it looses control when the severe shaking occurs. Land rover refuses to correct this issue as the factory warranty has now expired even though this issue has been addressed multiple times under warranty. Also right side lane departure warning does not function correctly and has been addressed many times as well

At appx 115pm i had lunch at the millburn diner. I got into my vehicle at appx 2pm in the parking lot of the diner at 72 essex street in millburn nj. I pressed the button to start my car. I looked back and shifted from park to reverse in motion. I slowly moved backwards in the vehicle and i experienced a sudden involuntary acceleration backwards and my vehicle was jolted by a telephone pole. I braked and went to put the car into drive to shift forward and the car suddenly accelerated forward involuntarily with speed. I instinctively tried to stop the car with the brakes and by pressing the park button to stop the vehicle. The vehicle ran into a metal railing guarding an outdoor dining area. There us a 3rd party witness to this sudden acceleration.

Since past few months i am experiencing frequent stalling in my car. When car is at the traffic light and sometimes during turning at the corner, it just stops responding to peddle and i have to restart the engine and select gear again to move it. During the recent snowstorms, it once staled and started sliding backwards as engine stalled and transmission stopped working on traction. I had to quickly restart the engine and regain the control to get away with this situation. I think this situation is very dangerous on the road and could lead to fatal accident some day. I am putting rough date of 1st march as i do not know when was it started exactly but its been couple of months i am having this issue.
