Lexus claimps the car run 27miles per gallon. But the actual miles i got only 22. 1 miles after owning it for a year. This is a big lie. Please take appropriate action!

Driving down the highway on the way to work this morning and my sunroof completely shattered. There was no surrounding traffic or road obstructions to create projectiles from rocks etc. No noises of impact and no sign of foreign objects amongst broken glass. Completely shattered on it's own. Sunroof operated normally days prior to incident without issue. No suspect noises or delays in operation. The glass lifted partially after breaking, littering the highway. Car has not been inspected at this time. Reached out to car manufacturer who is "aware this is a reoccurring problem" but it is not an open recall. I see there was a previous class action lawsuit in 2016 for this issue but no active recalls? How is it legally proven the company is at fault, the company is aware this is a reoccurring issue, but will not take ownership and cover costs via recall? Awaiting call from manufacturer to determine who is liable for payment but i feel this should not fall on the consumer.

There was no warning light illuminated. In addition, the contact would lose slight control of the vehicle while turning the steering wheel to the left as the power steering became loose without warning. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was acknowledged that the power steering had failed, and the contact was provided an estimate for the repair. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 45,000.

The contact called the dealer and was advised to take the vehicle to be diagnosed. The vehicle was not diagnosed by a dealer. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and advised the contact there were no open recalls associated with the vin for the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 130,000.
The dashboard is melting causing a glare that’s hard to see through on the windshield. I found a self service from lexus that they recalled it themselves but it isn’t official thought the government. [xxx] ). I called lexus and they said i had to call corporate, so i did. They still wouldn’t help me as it isn’t an official recall even though they extended the program to 2026. Since i am just finding out how to file a complaint i figured i would. I still have this car with me. The incident happened about 2 years ago. I was driving down the highway going to castle rock colorado. When all of a sudden my car is thrown into neutral and my rpms go to 6,000. I had no way to accelerate and the car wasn't in gear to help decelerate. Since i was going down the highway at a high rate of speed trucks and cars were all around me.. I immediately turned on my four ways and pulled the car over to the side of the highway. As there was nothing wrong with the motor and it seemed like it was just with the transmission i. Decided to continue but as i continued when i got to 4 gear it would once again throw it out of gear and i couldn't accelerate and i had to pull over. At this point i knew something was wrong. I immediately got the car to a safe area and got it home and the next day got the car to the mechanic. The mechanics said that i needed a new transmission 4 gear is just missing. When the mechanic was putting back together. The very expensive $7,345. 00 transmission. He got the parts directly from lexus and when he went to test, drive the car with the same but new components the transmission immediately failed again, not allowing him to shift in the 4 gear and stalling the car putting him in danger on a busy road. When he got back to his shop he called back to lexus to verify that the parts that he was given were correct. They verified that the new parts he was given are the old design and that he needed upgraded newer parts that lexus has designed and should have never gotten the other ones. At this point he got the proper parts again and for a second time put the upgrade parts in and it worked. By lexus not giving the mechanic, the proper upgraded parts. Not only did they put me in danger with the part breaking the first time on the highway they put the mechanic in danger by not giving him the upgraded parts the first time... Thank you

The following two events happened during the first week of april 2024 event #1: while driving at 65 mph on a freeway, the car decelerated and failed to travel above 40 mph. Simultaneously, three warming lights appeared on the dash: a yellow triangle, the check engine light and a "check hybrid system" warning. Event # 2: same symptoms and dash displays as event number one while traveling at 40 miles up a hill.
Driving on the local road, no cars on the road, no underpass and the sunroof exploded. All windows was closed and sunroof was closed.
