    Brought it in nov 2020 regarding smells and engine issues as well as alignment. Neither were taken care of. Then march 2021,engine was leaking fluid and smoking, and the engine needed to be replaced at 20k. Did not provide a rental until later that week. After a month, i got my car back. After leaving the engine continued to smoke, brought it back. Gave no rental. Dealer said it was left over fluid from when they replaced it. Car is still having issues with the engine and smells. Under shield fell off and needed to be replaced twice. Tire pressure was going off and brought it in twice for them to say they cant find where the slow leak is or why so they wouldn't fix it even though i have the mazda insurance for tires.

    The front and rear suspension pops, clunks, the vehicle shakes, vibration also happens, it also causing tires to be replaced faster than normal they go bold in the center its causing now the axles to shake at night time you can see the reflection from headlights bouncing, they have tsb's on this suspension issue however not for 2018 only 14-16 mazda 6s i believe and supposedly the issue was corrected well they lied because mine is a 18 and it is a disaster, my transmission is now shifting very hard from 1st to second gear, turn wheel it makes a loud clunk sound or popping sound, go over a dip in road does the same thing, you go over a bump the vehicle feels soggy, it like dribbles, it causes the vehicle to sway.. It's horrible, also the brakes was shaking at 15k miles, found out it's tsbs on this issue and of course the dealership didn't fix for free, charged me over 600 dollars for a issue that has a tsb on.

    Transmission would not accelerate and automatically braked in the middle of an intersection. Would not advance and to the next gear and automatically kept breaking every few feet. Had to pull over and be towed. No advance warning or prior transmission issues. Car maintenance has been kept up. Lucky it didn't happen on a highway going 65.

    I BOUGHT A USED 2017 Mazda CX-9 FROM WEST SHORE HONDA IN TAMPA IN JULY OF 2020. THEY SCREWED ME FINANCIALLY AND I'LL HANDLE THAT SEPARATELY. THERE HAS BEEN AN ONGOING ISSUE SINCE THE FIRST FEW DAYS AFTER BUYING THE CAR. I'VE COMPLAINED MULTIPLE TIMES VIA EMAIL AND PHONE. I'VE BEEN TRYING THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT COUNTLESS TIMES. THEY KEEP STATING IT'S A TIRE ISSUE. TO THE POINT THEY HAVE REPLACED THE TIRES 3 TIMES. AFTER THE SECOND TIME I HAD ALREADY DECIDED IT'S NOT TIRES. THE CAR HAS A VERY ROUGH RIDE WHEN I'M MOTION. ONCE YOU GOT 80 IT WOBBLES. AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS THE WOBBLE CAN BE FELT AT LOWER SPEEDS OF 55/60. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMES ON BUT I'M TOLD THERE'S NO CODES WHEN THEY DIAGNOSTIC THE READING. I'VE EXPRESSED THAT WHEN I PULL INTO MY GARAGE WITHIN 30 SECONDS TO A MINUTE THERE'S A LOUD POP IT'S WHEN THE CAR IS NOT IN MOTION WHEN IT'S BEEN PARKED AND TURNED OFF IS WHEN I NOTICED IT. I BROUGHT IT TO MY PERSONAL MECHANIC JUST TO LOOK AT AND DRIVE AND HE'S PRETTY CERTAIN IT'S A POWERTRAIN BEARING OR SOMETHING OF THOSE SORTS. BROUGHT IT BACK TO WESTSHORE AND THEY PUT ANOTHER SET OF TIRES ON IT. THIS IS BEEN GOING ON NOW FOR 9 MONTHS AND AFTER DOING RESEARCH ONLINE AND SOME OF THE NHTSA IDS THIS IS A PROBLEM AND I DO NOT FEEL SAFE. AND IT NEEDS TO BE HANDLED THE AMOUNT OF COMPLAINTS IN TIMES THAT I VISITED THAT DEALERSHIP TO FIX THIS PROBLEM AND ALL THEY DO IS PUT NEW TIRES ON IT IS ASININE. I HAVE TONS OF DOCUMENTATION THE SAME DOCUMENTATION THAT'S AT THE DEALERSHIP I DO EVERYTHING VIA EMAIL FOR THAT REASON.

    I was driving home from work on 2-16-2021, all of a sudden with out warning, every warning and information light light up like a xmas tree, the power steering went away making it hard to drive, the engine ran in limp mode. , i manage to get it pulled off to a safe spot , turn off the car, and then try to restart. No go , dead the dash lights light up but the starter will not engage. Towed to dealer, 1st they says its the engine computer, then its the , transmission computer. My car has only 39900 mi on it ,mazda refuses to honor its 5yr 50000 mi power train warranty even after calling mazda customer care
