My vehicle has a manufacturing defect that has been causing excessive tire wear and alignment issues. New tires are needed every 7k miles and the wheels will not stay in alignment. Strong gas fumes smell from vehicle when parked. Issue starts around 50k miles. No lights on dash or anything. Multiple people in forums online experience the same issue around the same mileage. Some say it's a leak from fuel lines to the fuel pump.
Crankcase ventilation system error - triggered a p052e code (pcv). This seems to be a common issue. This causes issues with the fuel mixture.
There have been 3 instances of the same incident of the automatic emergency breaking system failing, the 3 times has happened over the 8 months i have owned the car. Mercedes has aknowledged the failure of the automatic breaking system but they do not have any fixes for it. When i am driving, if the safety system senses a police radar system a car may have installed (like an old school one on a civilian's car dashboard) the car's security system "shuts down" for a couple seconds and slams on the breaks nearly causing a crash. I have been driving at 15-20 mph on a clear street and out of nowhere the car slams on the breaks because it detects someone's radar detector. As you can imagine, this is absolutley terrifying to be driving on a clear street and have the car slam on it's breaks. My heart rate goes up, i have been visibly shaken up. The feeling is as if i got into a car accident-but i didn't it was self-induced by the vehicle. I am worried if someone is driving behind me and is not prepared for the car to break, i will be rear-ended. Please help mercedes owners fix this, it's horrible.
My car randomly swerves in a zigzag motion unexpectedly, nearly causing several accidents. I am scared to drive my car. I have not been able to detect any triggers, as it will do this randomly, regardless of a smooth road, street conditions, weather, speed, freeway, neighborhoods, etc. No warning lamps have come on. Tires are in excellent condition. I have not found any information online, and everything seems to be in perfect working order, tough it is absolutely not.

Pcv failure causes engine light code and emission problem
I was driving and all of a sudden. The car felt like it was swirling left and right and i was trying my best to straighten the steering wheel, but it felt like i had no control of the car. I eventually hit the median on the road and while all this was happen my dashboard was flashing with all the lights, but my eyes were on the road trying to fix the steering wheel so i don’t know exactly what light was on. When i hit the median, i was finally able to regain full control of the car. It kind of felt like my car was accelerating and swerving at the same time and i was not even stepping on the pedal. I am not sure what caused this, but my car was recently in the shop for some battery issue.
The contact owns a 2018 mercedes-benz metris. The contact received notification of nhtsa campaign number: 22v482000 (tires) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Vin tool confirms parts not available.
My 2014 mercedes started getting a fault light with multiple performance issues. Mercedes dealer where i can carry out my routine maintenance diagnosed the issue to the electrical harness being contaminated with engine oil and it needed to be replaced on the engine because of a known issue whereby oil from the upper camshaft sensors seep into the harness and makes its way to ecu and causes possible failure of the engine control, which could lead to shutting down or worse, incorrect engine timing which would lead to incorrect detonation at the compressors and subsequently engine failure at critical operational phase.
