Since i purchased this car during warranty 2 of the door locks quit working and was replaced under warranty but since the warranty has ran out the other 2 door locks quit working. So if i lock my door it will not unlock so i have to crawl in a door that will lock. The other option is not lock my doors so everything can be stolen out of my car or i could be robbed since they could open my door at any parking lot or redlight.
The contact owns a 2018 Nissan Murano. The contact stated while driving 30 MPH around a curve, the four doors of the vehicle unlocked independently. The message "Door Open" was displayed and an alarm sounded while the contact continued driving. The contact stated that the failure mainly occurred while making right turns; however, the failure had been recurring increasingly, while making turns, and while driving straightforward. The vehicle was taken to the dealer several times, and the dealer diagnosed the vehicle, but the cause of the failure could not be determined. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and offered the contact a monetary compensation in exchange of not trading the vehicle. The failure mileage was approximately 4,500.
I went to open the driver's side door after unlocking the car and the door handle came off in my hand. As a disabled veteran, I need to have constant access to opening my driver's side door without having to maneuver over the passenger seat or recline the seat back to try and open the door from the driver's side passenger door. My wife saw that other 2014 Nissan Rogues had a recall for the same reason. When I reached out to the dealer I purchased the car from, they said my car wasn't on the recall list and I would have to pay $300 for the part and $180 / hr. for labor to get it fixed. We have been in a heatwave this summer but when this happened, I was parked in the shade of a parking garage. There was no visible tampering around the handle indicating that someone was trying to break in. In addition to the driver's side door handle coming off, my wife noticed another recall related to 2014 Nissan Rogues that has happened with out car. The latch holding the hatch door on the rear of the vehicle has become loose and is easily moved. Though it has not separated from the base, there is the possibility of the latch coming undone and groceries or other items in the trunk area to fly out and cause accidents by drivers dodging items (groceries. school supplies, etc.) that tumble out of the car.
The vehicle engine stalled while driving in motion at approximately 65 miles per hour, and occasionally would stall without warning while waiting at a traffic light stop. The vehicle occasionally would not allow for the key to turn its ignition and would remain locked unpredictably and would require extended amounts of time to lock/unlock via security key fob repeatedly to allow for the key to turn the ignition.

Random and recurring warning light error ‘engine malfunction reduced power service now’ corresponding with reduced acceleration while actively driving. It has been attributed to a turbo engine malfunction
I am not sure what to call it. , the car will turn complete off when driving and it will also have the crash light come on almost all the time along with the car with the wiggle light come on. Also you can smell gas when you put gas in the tank real heavy fume..... I brought this car on oct 1 2022. , i explain to the dealer ship the same thing they stated they could not do anything since i brought the car from the used card department.
Cabin smells strongly of gasoline. Gives us major headaches and sick feeling when inside car. Dealer has car now, says smell is strong and oil dipstick smells of gasoline. No warning of problem. Car is new, under 3000 miles.
