    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 Nissan Altima. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LOW BEAM AND HI-BEAM HEADLIGHTS FAILED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE ILLUMINATION WHILE DRIVING. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO HAVE THE BULBS REPLACED HOWEVER, THE LIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT FAILED TO SERVICE CORRECT THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO NISSAN OF MOBILE (1015 EAST INTERSTATE 65 RD SOUTH, MOBILE, AL 36606, (251-476-7800). THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE HEADLIGHT HOUSING ASSEMBLIES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED TO FIX THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
