    TL* THE CONTACT RENTED A 2017 Nissan Versa. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HER SON WAS DRIVING AT 40-46 MPH, THE VEHICLE JERKED, SHOOK AND SWERVED. AS A RESULT, THE DRIVER CRASHED INTO A CONE. THERE WERE NO WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE MANUAL SIDE VIEW MIRRORS WERE STUCK AND FAILED TO MOVE. THE ROOF OF VEHICLE HAD AN EXTREME AMOUNT OF DIRT. THERE WERE NO REPORTED INJURIES. THE LOCAL DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT CONTACTED. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THE RENTAL COMPANY INFORMED HER THE REPAIRS WOULD BE AT HER OWN EXPENSE DUE TO NOT HAVING ADEQUATE INSURANCE. THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED ABOUT THE RENTAL COMPANY (ZEZGO 3960 NORTHWEST 26TH MIAMI FLORIDA 33142) RENTING UNSAFE VEHICLES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 35,339.

    TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 Nissan Rogue. WHILE THE CONTACT WAS REVERSING THE VEHICLE IN AND OUT OF THE GARAGE, A POPPING NOISE WAS HEARD UNDERNEATH THE FRONT DRIVER'S SIDE FLOORBOARD. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FENTON NISSAN OF KNOXVILLE (4515 CLINTON HWY, KNOXVILLE, TN 37912, 865-687-6111), BUT THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE SOUND. THE FAILURE RECURRED MULTIPLE TIMES AND WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND PROMISED TO CALL THE CONTACT BACK. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 23,000. *TT
