Twice while driving my rogue it has gone into a limp mode. First time car was towed to ted russell nissan and they found no code for problem ,an update was installed. Second time i drove car to same dealership and again no code was found. The have now had my car for 8 days and can’t get car to duplicate problem. I have to take grandchildren to daycare and pick them up. Both times the problem occurred i had just dropped off 1 year old. My safety was impacted because of the amount of traffic in the hours of dropping off and picking them up. The only ones who have checked vehicle is the dealership. There were no warning or any indication it was going to happen. The first date was 4/5/2023 and the second was 4/10/2024. Car is still in shop.

The door latch for the fuel does not open when pushing the button for the fuel, i have been stalled on multiple occasions stuck sitting waiting for the latch to finally open. The last time i pulled into a dealership in conroe texas they said the soleniod valve was broken and i would have to pop off something on the inside to access the lid to get it to open. I bought this suv april 25, 2023 and have had issues for at least the last 6 months and told different things - this latest is to google or you tube the issue. I myself feel like it is a safty hazard never knowing when the door will open

2020 Nissan FRONTIER
  • Date of Incident: Apr-05, 2024
  • Date complaint filed: Apr-17, 2024
  • Failed components: POWER TRAIN

My vehicle was the subject of nissan's safety recall for the parking pall not engaging. I had the vehicle into the dealer twice six months ago, where they supposedly addressed this defect. Beginning last week, my vehicle's parking pall will not engage when the vehicle is in park, allowing it to roll freely. The manufacturer's fix is either not working or the material or workmanship is a problem. I am bringing the vehicle to the dealer tomorrow for the problem.

2020 Nissan Rogue
  • Date of Incident: Apr-16, 2024
  • Date complaint filed: Apr-16, 2024
  • Failed components: SERVICE BRAKES, FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE: AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING, and UNKNOWN OR OTHER

Hello: we bought the vehicle in 2021. After a few months, we noticed that the vehicle braked itself: meaning it auto-braked while driving at 25mph on the road. We took the vehicle to the dealer for repair. They said, "the vehicle was absolutely fine and perhaps something in the way of the vehicle triggered braking". I, the driver replied, i didn't have any vehicles either in front of or behind me. And besides, i understand the "safety features" and functionalities. Yet, they gave me the vehicle without repair. After a few months, same thing happened: the vehicle auto-braked or braked itself without me the driver putting my foot on the brakes. This time i also called the company's consumer affairs who said they'd help. The consumer affairs worked with the dealer. The dealer now said, "yes the vehicle indeed had auto-braking issues and it could be fixed, and that they'll fix it". So, i, now assured that the vehicle was a 100% fine when it came to auto-braking had been driving the vehicle until today april 16th, 2024, when while driving out on the city in 25mph the vehicle auto-braked again! I emailed the dealer and also called the company's consumer affairs (at their headquarters) to keep them in the loop today, and expect to hear back from them. In this instance, (3rd in 2-3 years), i'm not sure whether the dealer will brush aside the problem as "nothing" as in the first instance, or purport to "fix the issue" without actually fixing it, as in the second instance. At any rate, it came down to a "matter of principle": meaning since i'm not sure if the vehicle's intrinsic defect will be "resolved completely ever", i have to report it to "governing authorities". I hope you will take it from here and do the needful. Thank you in advance for your support.
