When driving on highways or bridges feb warning sign appears with a message (unavailable :front radar obstruction) , nissan dealership replaced the sensor twice but it keeps happening

I purchased my 370 z at the local dealership and i am a loyal nissan customer. This is my second z and my family of 9 cars is a large base for your vehicles. My daughter-in-law purchased a new nissan and we will be shopping for my wife's new car in june when she retires. My air bag warning light has been flashing for a week so i brought it to the local dealer today. My vehicle has 38,000 miles. I was told that something under the passenger seat has to be replaced to correct the problem. The cost: over $3000. I can't afford to pay this. I asked the tech if the air bags were functioning and he answered no so my wife and i have no airbag protection. I ask if this falls under the airbag problems that have been in the news for years? Is my wife and i in danger? Please review the airbag issue and direct me to my next option. I fear a liability issue. Thank you

AS I BEGAN TO START MY VEHICLE ONE DAY, THE CLUTCH PEDAL WENT STRAIGHT TO THE GROUND BECAUSE IT HAD NO PRESSURE ON IT. I FOUND THAT THE CLUTCH FLUID WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY AND REFILLED IT. AFTER IT REBUILT PRESSURE, IT WAS OPERABLE AGAIN FOR SEVERAL MONTHS UNTIL IT COMPLETELY LOST PRESSURE AGAIN WHILE DRIVING, SO I HAD TO PULL OVER. THE TRANSMISSION FLUID HAD COMPLETELY EMPTIED AGAIN. AFTER LOTS OF RESEARCH ONLINE, I FOUND THAT THERE IS A PLAGUING PROBLEM WITH THE CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER. (I AM MECHANICALLY INCLINED AND CAPABLE OF AUTO REPAIRS). I ORDERED THE CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER ONLINE AND REPLACED IT MYSELF FOR A PERMANENT FIX WITH AN OEM CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER. THERE?S NO TELLING HOW LONG THIS ONE WILL LAST BECAUSE NISSAN MAKES THESE PARTS OUT OF A VERY CHEAP PLASTIC THAT IS SUBJECT TO FAIL AT ANY TIME. THE CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER COST ME $188 PLUS THE COSTS OF RENTING A GARAGE BAY, PAYMENT FOR A FRIEND?S ASSISTANCE, AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS, AS WELL AS TIME OFF OF WORK. THE SAFETY MATTER BEHIND THIS GREATLY CONCERNS ME AS I PURCHASED MY 370Z BRAND NEW IN OCTOBER 2015 AND TAKE GREAT CARE OF IT. THE VEHICLE HAD 39K MILES AT THE TIME OF THE CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER FAILURE. HOW IS IT THAT NISSAN CAN CONTINUE TO MAKE SUCH A CHEAP, HIGH-FAILURE PART THAT GREATLY ENDANGERS SAFETY AND NOT UPGRADE THE PART AND FIX THE HUNDREDS OR THOUSANDS THAT HAVE FAILED? THE PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER CAN BE FOUND ALL OVER THE INTERNET AND AFTER-MARKET COMPANIES HAVE TAKEN IT INTO THEIR OWN HANDS TO PRODUCE THEIR OWN CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER AND MASTER CYLINDER TO ALLEVIATE THE ISSUES CAUSED BY NISSAN. THE VEHICLE WAS STATIONARY WHEN THE FIRST PROBLEM OCCURRED, AND IN MOTION DURING THE SECOND FAILURE. THE AVERAGE MECHANIC?S QUOTED RATE TO FIX THIS ISSUE RANGED FROM $1000 TO $1375.

Nissan 370Z (TOTAL RIDE OF 10,000 KILOMETERS) PURCHASED FROM NISSAN KOREA (GANGNAM BRANCH) IN LATE JULY 2019 AND RODE ON POCHEON LACEWAY (CAR RACECOURSE, CIRCUIT) ON FEBRUARY 8, 2019, AND SUFFERED A HUGE BLOW DUE TO SUSPECTED BREAKAGE. AFTER RIDING A CIRCUIT (WITH ENOUGH COOLING, TOTAL CIRCUIT DRIVING BLACK BOX VIDEO) AT A CERTAIN INTERVAL, THE BRAKES DID NOT WORK WELL AT ABOUT 180 MPH, AND SOON AFTER, THE SPONGE PHENOMENON OCCURRED AT 120 MPH. FORTUNATELY, THERE WAS NO ONE NEARBY, AND I WAS ALSO LUCKY TO END UP WITH A STIFF NECK AND NO CREDIT. ON FEBRUARY 7, 2019, THE DAY BEFORE THE ACCIDENT, NISSAN SEONGSU CENTER RAN A CIRCUIT AND ASKED FOR A CHECK ON BRAKES AND OTHER CONSUMABLES. THE COMPANY SAID THAT THERE WAS NO PROBLEM WITH ENGINE OIL CHANGE AND OTHER PARTS. BUT THE NEXT DAY, I ENDED UP LOSING MY LIFE IN A BIG ACCIDENT BECAUSE OF A BRAKE DEFECT DURING CIRCUIT DRIVING. AS A RESULT, I WAS ABLE TO SUSPECT THAT THE ABS MODULE, THE BRAKE COMPONENT USED ON NISSAN VEHICLES, WAS DEFECTIVE, AS THE BLACK BOX VIDEO AND THE DRIVING RECORD AT THAT TIME SHOWED THAT THE BRAKES HAD NOT BEEN APPLIED, AND THE VEHICLE WAS CHECKED A DAY AGO AND ONLY RODE ON A FULL-KILOGRAM VEHICLE. THIS WAS ALSO POINTED OUT BY MBC AS A DEFECTIVE PART MANUFACTURED BY CONTINENTAL COMPANY (INCLUDING DOZENS OF VEHICLE LISTS RELEASED LAST NOVEMBER, INCLUDING NISSAN GTR AND USING PARTS SUCH AS 370Z), WHICH CAUSED THE BRAKE FLUID TO BOIL, RESULTING IN A VERY SERIOUS PROBLEM CONNECTING THE PRESSURE OF THE BRAKES (RESPONSE) TO THE SPONGY PHENOMENON. HOWEVER, NISSAN HAS ONLY RECALLED THE VEHICLE IN RELATION TO THE ABS, BUT HAS BEEN IRRESPONSIBLE ABOUT OTHER PROBLEMATIC VEHICLES. YOU CAN ALSO SEE THAT THE 370Z VEHICLE HAS LONG BEEN A VERY POOR VEHICLE FOR ALL ENGINE RELATED PARTS, AND THE NISSAN CENTER HAS BEEN CHARGING THEM FOR FREE (THIS IS NOT A FORMAL RECALL).

I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER OF THE Nissan 370Z 2017 YEAR, BOUGHT IT NEW DIRECTLY FROM NISSAN DEALER. I JUST HAD A MAJOR ACCIDENT ON THE FREEWAY WITH A BIG TRANSPORTATION TRUCK (NOT A CONSUMER PICK UP TRUCK). I WAS IN COLLISION WITH IT AT LEAST 2 TIMES, ON THE DRIVER SIDE INITIALLY AND THEN THE FRONT AFTER SPINNING FEW ROUNDS IN MIDDLE OF BUSY FREEWAY. THANKFULLY, I AM ALIVE BUT LOOKING THROUGH THE PICTURE OF MY DAMAGED CAR AFTER GETTING OUT FROM ER, IT JUST DIDN'T MAKE SENSE TO ME WHY AIRBAG DIDN'T DEPLOY. I WANTED TO SEE IF OTHER OWNERS OF THE CAR HAD ANY SIMILAR ISSUE. TO BE LITTLE MORE SPECIFIC OF THE OCCURRENCE, I WAS DRIVING ABOUT 60 MILES ON THE FREEWAY UNTIL THE TRUCK TRIED TO MERGE INTO MY LANE, HITTING MY DRIVER SIDE AND MY CAR SPUN AND ENDED UP IN FRONT OF TRUCKS FRONT AND IT HIT ME AGAIN ON THE SIDE, AND SPUN AGAIN AND ENDED ON IN MIDDLE OF A FREEWAY, IN 8:00AM MORNING TIME...*BF*JB

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 Nissan 370Z. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DRIVER SIDE HEADLIGHTS FAILED TO WORK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO PREMIER NISSAN IN PARIS, TENNESSEE WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE ENTIRE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY NEEDED REPLACEMENT DUE TO WATER CONDENSATION BUILD-UP. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND OPENED CASE NUMBER: 30419417. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 65,000.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 Nissan 370Z. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CLUTCH PEDAL WAS STUCK TO THE FLOOR OF THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO A LOCAL DEALER AND THE GTI FLUID WAS REPLACED. THE FAILURE RECURRED TWO MONTHS LATER. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AGAIN FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE CONTACT WAS UNABLE TO SWITCH GEARS WITH THE CLUTCH. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED.
