Cvt transmission issuses exceleration issues, vibration when trying to pick up speed jerking motion overringing. City highway when trying to pick up speed
My problems started about 2 years ago when i was having some difficulty turning in dark intersections at night. I couldn't see well enough to comfortably navigate the intersection. Now it is so bad that i have trouble on dark city streets at night seeing upcoming curves, intersections, or anything out more than about 20' out. Turning on bright lights fixes the visibility problem, but of course causes additional issues for oncoming traffic. I thought perhaps i had eye problems and have been to an ophthalmologist twice and they find nothing wrong with my night vision. I have no accident report or police reports to add to my concern yet. Guess you will just need to trust that what i'm describing is a safety concern that deserves your attention. Thank you in advance for your help with this issue.

The front end collision warning goes off less than a mile after i begin driving. It was repaired after an accident (unrelated) & was fine until my state had snowfall that covered the road, that's when it began again! My cruise control suddenly stopped working & the metal piece that props up the hood snapped off when checking the oil, luckily i seen it snap and was able to jump back! Gear shift sticks in park & sometimes even with my foot on the bake it wont start!
Driver side for lock actuator broke. Previous year nissans has this exact same recall a couple years ago. Car only has 44,000 miles on it, the actuators should not be going already.
MY 2015 Nissan Altima WOULD NOT ACCELERATE AFTER COMING TO A COMPLETE STOP. WHILE I AM PRESSING ALL THE WAY DOWN ON THE GAS PEDAL ; THE CAR WOULD NOT MOVE ; THEN A FEW SECOND LATER IT WILL JUMP OUT. I WAS MAKING A LEFT TURN AND A CAR WAS COMING; BUT LUCKLY HE NOTICE I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS.

My vehicles transmission i was told it has to do with transmission i thought it was a cv joint i not but it turned out to be way more then then that the accelerator peddle would get stuck and then take off fast almost hit someone.

When attempting to accelerate rapidly vehicle has long delay, even with pedal pressed all the way down, an intermittent delay at a full stop, when taking off vehicle has a 5 second delay, gurgling sound coming from transmission during idle, rpms rev way higher than they should when accelerating, jerking from transmission when at a slow acceleration through parking lots and such, delayed acceleration also caused me to almost have a wreck, pulled out into traffic at a slow roll because vehicle wouldn? T go and then vehicle took off full speed
DELAYED ACCELERATION MY 2017 Altima IS EXPERIENCING A DELAY WHEN ACCELERATING FROM A STOP. IT WON?T REV OR DO ANYTHING FOR A COUPLE OF SECONDS NO MATTER HOW FAR DOWN THE PEDAL IS. THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN IT?LL GO. THERE IS NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AND NO CODES. IF I TURN THE CAR OFF, IT?S LIKE IT RESETS AND HAS MORE POWER AFTERWARDS.
Control arm rusted and snapped at the connection point where it meets the knuckle on both sides a couple months apart. The vehicle was in motion both times thankfully on a city street after hitting a small bump for a manhole cover.
I HAVE A 2017 Nissan Altima SV, 4CYL, 2.5L... I AM HAVING WORSENING PROBLEMS WITH ACCELERATION. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO PULL OFF FROM A RED LIGHT FOR EXAMPLE, IT WILL HESITATE FOR ABOUT 4,5 SECONDS, RPMS INCREASE THEN A SURGE OF ACCELERATION. ALSO, WHILE DRIVING IT WILL LOSE SPEED WITH MY FOOT ON THE GAS, EVEN WITH THE RPMS UP AS IF IT WERE MOVING FASTER.. THANKFULLY THE DRIVERS BEHIND ME WERE ATTENTIVE OR IT COULD HAVE CAUSED ME AND OTHERS A GREAT DEAL OF DAMAGE, LIKE WHEN I WAS TRYING TO ACCELERATE FROM A CROSS STREET TURN LANE. IT WAS SPORADIC AT FIRST; I WENT TO VALVOLINE AND GOT REPLACEMENT TRANSMISSION FLUID, AND THE GUY TURNED OFF THE ENGINE LIGHT. IT STARTED UP AGAIN A FEW WEEKS LATER, AND I GOT A NEW AIR FILTER AND WENT BACK FOR A FUEL SYSTEM CLEANING. ANOTHER GUY RESET THE ENGINE LIGHT AGAIN, AND NOW(ABOUT 3 WEEKS LATER)IT'S BACK WITH THE SAME PROBLEM. SOMETIMES, I'D PULL OVER AND TURN OFF THE CAR AND IT HELPED A BIT. NOW(YESTERDAY) THAT ISN'T HELPING AND THE SLOW ACCELERATION AND SPEED HAPPENS EVERY TIME. I USED THE DIAGNOSING TOOL AT AUTO ZONE WHICH READ, "P0776-PRESSURE CONTROL SOLENOID B PERFORMANCE OR STUCK OFF". I AM SEEING THAT THERE ARE MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE EXACT SAME THING, AND EVEN A RECALL ON THE MODELS UP TO 2016 REGARDING THIS, BUT 2017 AND AFTER SEEM TO BE GETTING IGNORED.
I took it to get my inspection and they told me i have two recalls
MY VEHICLE PRODUCED A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. I PAID $1300 FOR A NEW MASS FLOW SENSOR AND MODIFICATION TO MY AIR FLOW. TWO DAYS LATER, I DROVE OUT OF TOWN AND THE CAR LOST POWER. RPM WAS JUMPING AND CAR STARTED JERKING AND WOULDN?T ACCELERATE. TOWED IT TO NISSAN AND THEY COULDN?T FIND A ISSUE! OBVIOUSLY THERE IS A ISSUE BECAUSE EVERYONE I?VE KNOW HAVE A NISSAN BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH THEIR CAR AND NISSAN HASN?T DONE NOTHING ABOUT IT! I PAID $1300 FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, WHAT MAKES U THINK I?M GOING TO PAY $4000 FOR A NEW TRANSMISSION. THIS MY SECOND Altima AND SAME ISSUE!
Installed a brand new battery warranted for 7 years over a month ago and now the battery will not start the car at all. Most drivining is within city limits.
When i turn my car on and the whole time it is running there is a noise under the hood sounding. You can not hear it from inside but when you are outside you can most definitely hear it and tell the car is on due to the noise. I thought it may be a fan noise due to maybe leaving the ac on but even with it off and just turning on the car you can hear it. This car has never been in an accident to my knowledge or any fender benders at that. Also sometimes after sitting at a stop light or stop sign and it? S my turn to go i put my foot on the gas (not hard) and it goes up to like 3/4 rpms and it takes a few seconds to drop down to regular rpm while driving
My vehicle luckily was parked and i accidentally opened the hood, but there was issues with it fully latching. I finally got it to close completely. When will there be a remedy for this hood recall because it is almost a year next month since it? S been reported. I need my vehicle as it is my only transportation to get around and i am scared to drive it.
