THE CAR KEEPS SHAKING. MY MECHANIC DID SAY THAT Nissan JukeS HAVE A FAULTY TRANSMISSION. THEY DID THINGS TO MY CAR TO TRY TO FIX IT BUT I STILL FIND IT SHAKING UNCONTROLLABLY.
Vehicle does not respond to accelarator in motion in a city street
SATURDAY 12/26/20 DRIVING SOUTH ON FM-1314 AROUND 5PM AT 60MPH, I HEARD LIKE A GUNSHOT FOLLOWED BY BROKEN GLASS, I LOOK EVERYWHERE AROUND THINKING SOMEONE SHOT AT ME OR OTHER CARS BEHIND ME AND NOTICED NOTHING. SECONDS LATER I NOTICED GLASS ON THE PASSENGER SEAT. MY SUNROOF WAS COMPLETELY OPEN, SO I TRIED TO CLOSE IT AS SOON I NOTICED THE GLASS AND IS WHEN I FOUND OUT IT WAS SHATTERED. I WENT TO A NEAR HEB TO USE THE VACUUM TO CLEAN THE GLASS, BEFORE THAT I TOOK PICTURES AND YOU CAN SEE THAT THE GLASS BLOW OR EXPLODED LIKE SOMETHING HIT FROM INSIDE CREATING LIKE A DOME. SINCE THE SUNROOF WAS OPEN NO WAY A ROCK OR DEBRIS HIT THE GLASS SINCE IS RETRACTED INSIDE THE ROOD OF THE Juke. THANK GOD I JUST GOT STARTLED AND MY REACTION WAS QUICK AND I DIDN'T FINISHED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD CREATING AN ACCIDENT. I OPEN A CLAIM WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY MINUTES AFTER THAT, NOT SURE YET HOW MUCH IS TO REPAIRED IT.
Cvt transmission gets stuck. Happens mostly in traffic. Rpms get stuck at 5000, car does not wanna drive. Engine has to be shut off and then turned back on.
My sunroof exploded for no reason. My car was parked in front of my house. Thank goodness i was not driving on the highway i take to go to work everyday. Weather temps were ideal not too hot nor cold. Unknown on how this occurred.
Vehicle started jerking and the rpm gauge was moving up and down while in motion. I had to keep breaking and pushing the gas as it would accelerate on it's own. We took it to get scanned at auto zone, scan said it's the transmission pressure sensor. Other nissan vehicles have had this issue with their cvt transmission.
The display panel that controls radio, volume, navigation, camera and apps is out. The vehicle shakes while in idle a either at a red light or when the car is is in park and running. The dealership said they couldn't find or duplicate the problem and it happens all the time.
Approx 1:00 p. M. I pulled into the wendy? S drive through and the line was wrapped around the building. There was a large like ford truck in front of me. I sat there maybe 1 min and i thought felt my car jump (and i thought? What was that? ), then the truck pulled up and the second i removed my foot from the brake, my car felt like an airplane and i plowed into the truck in front of me (i had no control). My car kept going until he it knocked him out of the line of the drive through line and my car kept going across the parking lot then up onto the curb, but it stopped before hitting a tree. I was terrorized. I had the brakes pushed down to the floor and it felt like they were in something soft, nothing happened. Called the police and filed a report, called state farm to start the claim. I first called lee nissan to tell them what happened, and talked with patrick in service. He had notes that everytime i came in i told about the car lunging. State farm set up the car to go to capital ford next door and set up a rental car. I was a mess. While on the phone in the parking lot a gentleman parked by me came and told me he had the same thing happen to his nissan versa (the car he was driving), he talked to state farm, and said nissan had file about his situation but it happened just like me. Called lee nissan and talked with doug that sold me the car, i had taken the 100,000 mile bumper to bumper coverage including oil changes. Told him what happened and i was afraid of the car. My traction light and brake light repeatedly have come on and remain on over the course of the last year but have not come up as part of any of the safety recalls that are affecting other nukes that were built during the same time period. In addition, my car makes a humming sound as if engaging the traction system at each stop. I've had the car serviced and the brakes changed but to no avail, the lights have returned a mere 3 weeks after getting new porcelain brakes and rotors installed. My car is still not part of the recall but i do believe there is indeed an issue with my brake and traction system and it is going to fail me at some point despite nissan not wanting to fix this.
Was driving home around 6am after a rainy night when i took a turn and the front tires lost traction resulting in the front right passenger side striking a curb. The car was only going about 15 mph when this occurred and there is minimal damage however the entire passenger side airbags deployed causing minor whiplash and bruising to the passenger although it feels as if it could have been much worse. I? M mainly concerned with the airbag because i feel that if it didn? T go off, there would have been no injury under these circumstances.
While driving on the interstate, the car slows down and will not accelerate. If i press the gas to get out of the way of on coming traffic the car skips and does not go over 40 mph. I try to get to the far lane in hope's of not being hit. I turn the car off and try to start it again and the engine light comes on, try again to start it and it slowly moves until it gains speed and i keep my hazards on, engine light goes off and it has been doing this periodically ever since.
WHILE DRIVING MY 2015 Nissan Juke (70+ MPH) ON THE HIGHWAY THE CVT STYLE TRANSMISSION STARTED ACTING STRANGE. IT WOULD REV UP AND BOTTOM OUT CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO JERK/LURCH A LOT. AT JUST UNDER 90,000 MILES THE TRANSMISSION HAD TO BE REPLACED. THAT STILL DIDN'T FIX THE PROBLEM COMPLETELY. THE THE INTAKE MANIFOLD HAD TO BE REPLACED. AT 90,000 MILES THERE WAS LEAKAGE UNDER THE VEHICLE THAT APPEARED TO BE THE AWD TRANSFER CASE. TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO NISSAN SERVICE DEPT AT 94,000 MILES AND WAS TOLD I NEED THE RIGHT FRONT AXLE SEAL REPLACED.
MY 2017 AWD Juke HAS ONLY 16,000 MILES ON IT AND ALREADY NEEDS THE FRONT TIRES REPLACED. THE BACK TIRES LOOK ALMOST NEW. I TOOK IT IN TO HAVE THE TIRES ROTATED AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE TOO WORN TO ROTATE AND WOULD NEED TO BUY 4 NEW TIRES. THE OTHER PROBLEM IS THE CAR WOULD NOT START SOMETIMES. IT IS PUSH BUTTON START. I NOTICED THE GREEN KEY LIGHT FLASHING ON THE DASH. AFTER READING THE MANUEL, I REPLACED THE BATTERY IN THE FOB. THAT DID NOT RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. THE BRAKE PEDAL WILL NOT ENGAGE TO START THE CAR. IT IS CURRENTLY PARKED IN THE GARAGE AND I HAVE NO IDEA HOW WE WILL BE ABLE TO MOVE IT SINCE IT CAN NOT BE PUT IN GEAR WITHOUT BEING TURNED ON.
Faulty transmission, my car has less than 60k miles and the transmission started failing. It was up to date on transmission fluid and filters were good. My mechanic couldn? T thing a reason why the transmission was failing, i was suggested to put a brand new transmission on my car which has only 55k miles, this started to happen while i was on the highway, my transmission started slipping out of no where
THIS CAR IS LITERALLY FAILING EVERY YEAR FOR THE PAST 2 YEARS 9 MONTHS. THE AXEL'S HAD TO BE REPLACED AND THE AIR CONDITIONING HAD TO BE FIXED JUST IN DAYS OF THE LAST REPAIR AN ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND THAT REPAIR WAS AN OXYGEN SENSOR (EMISSIONS) THIS WAS A BRAND NEW VEHICLE WITH STRUTS PROBLEM LESS THAN 90 DAYS. THE WHEELS HAD NOISE THEN NOW WHEEL AXEL'S PROBLEMS SAME AS THE STRUTS FRONT LEFT AND RIGHT. THIS Juke IS A LEMON AND I ASKED THE MANUFACTURER FROM THE FIRST REPAIR THAT IT WAS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THIS JUKE 2016. MANY CASE NUMBERS HAVE BEEN PLACED ON THIS VEHICLE FOR MAJOR REPAIRS. UNFORTUNATELY THE MANUFACTURER WANTS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT OWN VEHICLE. SHAME ON YOU NISSAN NOT WORRIED IF YOUR CARS ARE NOT SAFE.

When approaching an intersection to turn left, although i had my foot on the brake, the car wasn't slowing, speed was the same. When i began to turn the wheel, the steering wheel kept jerking right. It felt like something had locked up. The brakes continued to be ineffective and because the steering kept jerking to the right on a left turn, it rammed into the curb and caused injury to myself.
I have had two front end collisions with this vehicle and neither time did the air bag deploy. How can i trust my air bag? I failed to yield to an on coming vehicle and the two vehicles made contact at a speed of about five miles an hour. The trooper that invested the accident, listed that the speed as 35 mph. So, i'm not sure.

THE VEHICLE WAS DRIVEN TO CROWNEY NISSAN (1451 FARMINGTON AVE, BRISTOL, CT 06010, (860) 540-0555) WHERE IT WAS DETERMINED THAT THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN A RECALL; THEREFORE, THE CONTACT WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE REPAIRS. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND NO ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 94,000. THE VIN WAS INVALID.
