TL THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 Nissan Rogue. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE CONTACT WAS UNAWARE IF THERE WERE ANY WARNING LIGHTS ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT PARKED ON THE SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, RESTARTED THE VEHICLE AND DROVE TO HER DESTINATION. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN ON THREE DIFFERENT OCCASIONS TO PLANET NISSAN (5850 CENTENNIAL CENTER BLVD, LAS VEGAS, NV 89149; (702) 425-8141), TO BE DIAGNOSED. ON THE FIRST VISIT THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE AEB SENSOR NEEDED TO BE RESET HOWEVER, THE CONTACT WAS UNSURE IF THE MECHANIC HAD RESET THE SENSOR. THE CONTACT STATED IN ADDITION THAT THE CLIPS HOLDING THE PANELS OF THE VEHICLE, WERE DETACHING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AUTONATION NISSAN LAS VEGAS (5800 W SAHARA AVE, LAS VEGAS, NV 89146;(702) 570-1013) AND WAS INFORMED THAT BODYWORK WAS NEEDED TO REPAIR THE ISSUE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD BEEN INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 40,729.

The aeb warning light frequently blinks during regular driving conditions with a clean nose sensor and windshield camera. More frightening is it has slammed on the brakes, twice, on the highway with no vehicles or obstructions in favorable conditions at cruising speed. This is horribly scary on a major highway with two children in the car.

TL- THE CONTACT WAS A LAWYER CALLING ON BEHALF OF HIS CLIENT WHO OWNED A 2019 Nissan Rogue. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HIS CLIENT WAS DRIVING AT 40 MPH,A TRACTOR TRAILER PULLED OUT INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC AND COLLIDED WITH THE THE CLIENT'S VEHICLE. THE AIR BAGS DID DEPLOY UPON IMPACT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE THE AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING AND THE FORWARD COLLISION WARNING SYSTEMS FAILED TO OPERATE AS NEEDED. EMERGENCY AID ARRIVED AT THE SCENE WHERE BOTH THE DRIVER AND THE PASSENGER WERE TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL VIA AN AMBULANCE. THE DRIVER SUSTAINED SEVERAL ABDOMINAL INJURIES WHICH INCLUDED SEVERAL CUTS AND BRUISES. THE PASSENGER IN THE VEHICLE WAS RENDERED A PARAPLEGIC DUE TO HER INJURIES. SHE WAS PARALYZED FROM THE WAIST DOWN AND HAS MINIMAL FUNCTIONALITY ABOVE THE WAIST. THE DRIVER OF THE TRAILER SUSTAINED NO INJURIES. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED AT THE SCENE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOTALED AT THE SCENE AND WAS TOWED TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE CONTACT WAS UNCERTAIN IF THE DEALER OR THE MANUFACTURER WAS EVER NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,541. JO

Collision lights came on. No cars around. Auto braking when not needed is very dangerous. Check bbb, other nissan forums. Cars taken to dealer without results. This should be checked and recalled before serious injury or death occurs. This issue seems to be taken lightly when it shouldn't. Vehicle in motion on 4 lanes, speed 55 with cruise set.

THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 15 - 20 MPH WHEN SUDDENLY THE VEHICLE'S BRAKE ASSIST ACTIVATED CAUSING THE VEHICLE TO COME TO A STOP AS IF THE BRAKES WERE INTENTIONALLY STOPPED BUT THEY WERE NOT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE MAKING A LEFT TURN AT A STOP SIGN WHEN THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STOPPED CAUSING THEM TO BE REAR ENDED. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. NO AIR BAGS DEPLOYED. THE CONTACT RECEIVED INJURIES TO THEIR BACK. MEDICAL ATTENTION WAS NEEDED. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN TOWED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 35 MPH WHEN THE VEHICLE SUDDENLY STOPPED. THE FAILURE OCCURRED A FOURTH TIME. THE CONTACT STATED THEY WOULD HAVE TO PLACE THE VEHICLE INTO PARK, THEN, TURN THE VEHICLE OFF AND ON AGAIN IN ORDER FOR THE VEHICLE TO REGAIN PROPER FUNCTION. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER (PEARSON NISSAN OF OCALA 2060 SW COLLEGE RD, OCALA, FL 34471; (352) 622-4111) WHO WERE UNABLE TO RECREATE THE FAILURE AND IDENTIFY THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE HOWEVER THE CONTACT WAS WAITING FOR A CALL BACK REGARDING THE MATTER. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 Nissan Rogue. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS A RECALL FOR THE PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG . THE CONTACT HAD THE REPAIRS COMPLETED AT COASTAL NISSAN 8519 OCEAN HIGHWAY, PAWLEYS ISLAND, SC 29585 (843) 979-3500 A YEAR AGO. THE AIR BAG INDICATOR LIGHT CAME BACK ON FOR PASSENGER'S SIDE. THE DEALER CHECKED THE AIR BAG SENSOR AND STATED THAT THE SENSOR WAS DAMAGED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE AIR BAG SENSOR WAS LOCATED UNDERNEATH THE SEAT ON THE PASSENGER'S SIDE.THEY COULD NOT CONFIRM TO THE CONTACT IF THE AIR BAG WOULD OR WOULD NOT DEPLOY IF NEEDED. THEY STATED THAT THEY WOULD NOT COVER THE REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN CONTACTED YET. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 29,000.

My heating system stopped functioning. I took it to the dealership and it was $536 to repair. That didn? T fix the entire problem and it? S now $1200 more to fix the remainder of the problem. I don? T have $1200 so i? M forced to drive my vehicle without the ability to defrost the drivers side of the windshield. It also doesn? T heat the vehicle properly so i? M bundled up to drive it.

Over a course of three months the aeb light will activate on my dash randomly. It? Ll flash than disappear. As i was going under a bridge at a speed of 40mph my car randomly began slowing down without me applying the brakes while under a bridge with traffic behind me. At first i didn? T think anything of the light because the first time it came on nothing happened. It just flashed and went away. There have been 3 other occasions where my vehicle won? T come to a complete, abrupt stop but my vehicle will reduce speed significantly automatically without me applying the brakes.

NOTICED TRANSMISSION SLIPPING WHEN GOING INTO FIRST GEAR, SPECIFICALLY WHEN TAKING OFF FROM AT A COMPLETE STOP. IF IN ECO MODE IT IS WORSE. SO FAR ONLY DOING IT IN 1ST GEAR, WORRIED IT WILL GIVE OUT ON HIGHWAY LIKE I HAVE SEEN OTHERS. TOOK TO NISSAN TO HAVE DIAGNOSED RECENTLY AND TOLD I NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION WITH JUST OVER 110K MILES. THEY DO NOT WANT TO COVER IT AS IT IS OUT OF WARRANTY. THERE ARE RECALLS IN OTHER RogueS FOR THIS EXACT ISSUE, OF COURSE NOT MINE.

THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 23,235.

MY 2020 Nissan Rogue I ONLY HAD ABOUT 3 DAYS AND I WAS DRIVING TURNING OUT OF A CHURCH PARKING LOT AND IT CUT OFF ON ME. I TRIED TO CRANK IT AND IT WOULD NOT CRANK. THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS ALSO ON. HAD TO HAVE IT TOWED. THE SECOND 2020 NISSAN ROGUE I GOT FROM THE SAME DEALERSHIP, I HAVE BEEN HAVING ISSUES WITH THE FEB/AEB LIGHT COMING SINCE SEPTEMBER. NO ONE, NO ANIMALS, NO FOG, NO RAIN, NO OTHER CARS ARE NEAR ME WHEN THIS LIGHT KEPT COMING ON, THAT I HAVE VIDEO OF. HAD IT LOOKED AT AT TWO DIFFERENT NISSAN DEALERSHIPS ONE FOUND PAST CODES IN OCT AND THE OTHER ON 11/3 SAID EVERYTHING WAS PERFECTLY FINE NOTHING WAS WRONG. ON 11/4 I WAS DRIVING ABOUT 35-40 MILES PER HOUR ON A CITY STREET AND MY CAR JUST BRAKED ON ME OUT OF NO WHERE. AND A RED/ORANGE LIGHT WITH A CAR IN THE MIDDLE WITH A SOUND WAVE TYPE SYMBOL BLINKED ON THE DASHBOARD AND WHEN OFF BEFORE I KNEW IT. IT WAS TERRIFYING AND THANKFULLY NO ONE WAS HURT BECAUSE OUR HEADS FLEW FORWARD AND THIS COULD HAVE CAUSED AN ACCIDENT. NO CARS WERE IN FRONT OF ME DURING THIS TIME, BUT THERE WERE SOME BEHIND ME THAT COULD HAVE HIT ME AND CAUSED A MAJOR ACCIDENT. THE DEALERSHIPS ARE AWARE AND SO IS NISSAN CONSUMER AFFAIRS, BUT I AM STILL BEING TOLD IT IS OKAY TO DRIVE THIS UNSAFE VEHICLE BECAUSE THERE ARE NO CODES THAT THE COMPUTER CAN FIND.

Three separate incidents have happened since leasing this car on sunday evening on november 1, 2020. The first 2 happened shortly after i left the supermarket, i was pulling out of a parking spot & checked all my mirrors and windows prior to pulling out when i felt in gut that something wasn't right, i covered my brakes while slowly pulling out and asked my son to check out on the right side of the vehicle and there had been a child inches away from my car and i did not see nor was alerted by the vehicle. The second, incident happened when i returned home with the groceries and my children were exiting the vehicle with the groceries, my son then came back to check to see if i needed something else carried upstairs and i did not see my son as i began pulling off, my son children both yelled in voices of distress.. Mom! Stop!!! I said, what happened, he said you almost ran me over. Again, the vehicle failed to alert me that someone was in an area that i couldn't see. I couldn't live with myself if i caused bodily injury to my son that could potentially cause grave danger, loss of a limb or death. The third incident happened on wednesday, november 4, 2020 at approximately 2:46pm, i had been driving cautiously as i do adhering to the speed limit, i noticed a bicyclist pedaling along his way, it seems as if we were heading towards the same direction so i proceeded to drive cautiously as i was approaching an intersection to make a left, i checked all three mirrors and even looked back didn't see him so i began to make a left as i was turning left i could see him in my peripheral vision approaching the cross walk. I immediately stopped my vehicle giving him the right way and thanking god that i did not hit him. Again, my vehicle did not alert me that he was anywhere near my car meanwhile he was extremely close,

THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO RESTART THE VEHICLE HOWEVER, THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO EXHIBIT THE SAME FAILURE. THE TRACTION CONTROL WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO FOX NISSAN OF GRAND RAPIDS (4430 28TH ST SE, GRAND RAPIDS, MI 49512, (616) 942-8040) BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS REFERRED TO THE LOCAL DEALER HOWEVER, NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 108,000.

Bought vehicle new in 2017 and from day 1 the vehicle doesn't accelerate from a full stop. I step on the gas and there is at least a 2 second delay before the vehicle moves. Now, at 77,000 miles, the vehicle stops and jerks forward in stop and go traffic. Vehicle is a death trap

I PURCHASED A 2020 Nissan Rogue SV THAT HAS A POWER ADJUSTABLE DRIVERS SET. THE SLIDE RAIL ASSEMBLY HAS PLAY IN IT WHEN ADJUSTED TO MY DRIVING POSITION. IT ROCKS BACK DURING ACCELERATION AND ROCKS FORWARD DURING BREAKING. I CAN SIT IN THE SEAT STATIONARY AND MOVE IT FORWARD AND BACKWARD WITH MY BODY WEIGHT. THE SERVICE MANAGER AT THE DEALERSHIP TESTED SEVERAL OTHER 2020 MODELS AND FOUND 3 OTHERS WITH THE SAME ISSUE. ONE OF THEM ROCKED BACK AND FORTH EVEN WORSE THAN MINE. I CONTACTED NISSAN CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND WAS TOLD BY THE REPRESENTATIVE THAT THEIR INTERNAL REVIEW WAS " THIS IS A NATURAL OCCURRENCE OF THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS." I OWNED A 2017 ROGUE WITH THE SAME SEAT. THERE WAS NEVER ANY PLAY OR MOVEMENT WITH THE DRIVERS SEAT. MY CONCERNS ARE THAT IF UPON IMPACT EITHER FRONT CRASH OR BEING HIT FROM THE REAR, THIS MOVEMENT IN THE SEAT COULD POSSIBLY RESULT IN THE SEAT BREAKING FREE DUE TO THE IMPROPER GAP BETWEEN THE SLIDE RAIL ASSEMBLY PIECES. IT IS ALSO A SEVERE DISTRACTION TO ME AS THE DRIVER. DISTRACTED DRIVING SHOULD BE TAKEN SERIOUSLY IN THIS MATTER. MY LAST CONCERN IS THIS. HOW MANY OF THESE FAULTY POWER SEATS ARE OUT ON THE ROADS ALREADY? I DON'T WANT TO SEE A SINGLE PERSON CAUSED HARM DURING A CRASH. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THESE POWER SEATS FROM NISSAN IMMEDIATELY. SAFETY MUST ALWAYS COME FIRST. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.
