BOUGHT 2019 Nissan Sentra FOR OUR DAUGHTER. AS SHE WAS DRIVING ON THE 405 N AND HAD TO BRAKE ON THE FREEWAY DURING HIGH TRAFFIC TIME, THE WARNING MALFUNCTION LIGHT COMES ON AND 3 INSTRUMENT CLUSTER LIGHT COMES ON: AEB, FRONT COLLISION, AND WARNING LIGHT. TOOK IT TO NISSAN, THEY DIAGNOSE 2 CODES THAT COMES UP IN THE TSB, DTC C1A16 (RADAR BLOCKED) AND DTC C1A12 (LASER BEAM OFF-CENTER) STATING THAT IT IS A SAFETY ISSUE BUT I STILL HAD TO PAY DIAGNOSIS AND THE PART AND LABOR TO FIX IT.

Seat belt is tearing! Don? T know how this is happening and why but it is catching inside somewhere and fraded the seat belt. It is not twisted in anyway,nothing was done on our end. It was just a normal getting into car went to put seat belt on and it was caught,and started frading

The front radar (obstruction detector) is not working properly. The car will randomly break even when there is no obstruction in front of the car. This happened 3 times in february 2021. Each time i took the car to the dealership. They initially brushed me off and blamed snow, rain and soot. I called nisan corporate office and the told the dealership to take a look at the car. The dealership stated that the detector was changed. However, three weeks later it happened again twice within a two-week period. A sudden break, the detector warning flashing and no obstruction. Each time this happened the vehicle was in motion. Fortunately, i was driving on local roads and i was not going over 45 miles per hour because this can present a serious problem. I can be rear ended. The car literally came to a sudden stop.

I pulled into a chick-fil-a drive thru. This fast food chain has employees outside that come to your car and take your order. The guy that came to me asked me if something was wrong with my car. He said it sounds like the engine is racing. I didn't recognize it until he mentioned it. While i was sitting in the line waiting to pick up my food, i noticed the engine wasn't racing as bad as it had been. While i was sitting in the drive thru line, the car accelerated and took off. I lost control of the car. I hit another car as the car left the parking lot and ran into their fence. The fence was there for safety measures, to keep you from going down an embankment. There isn't a police report. The police didn't come because it was private property i can provide information, (if requested) from my insurance company. They declared the car totaled on 4/9/2021.

I want to be reimburse for having to pay to have my transmission replaced. I got my car with 30 something miles on it, bought it off the lot, because i wanted a good car that wouldn't need repairs or break down on me. Come to find out, nissan had a known transmission issue on their cars and was paying for some repairs but because mine was a few miles over the "cut off" number of miles, mine was not covered. I had to pay 3 thousand + dollars to have it fixed, which i didn't have. I needed to get a loan to pay for the repairs on a garbage car that you all knew had transmission issues and agreed to pay for some transmissions but because mine was a few miles over your allowed miles, you did not pay when your the multi million dollar company who made these cars incorrectly!! You can afford to pay for my repairs if you paid for everyone else's transmissions!! I'm a single mother of 6 kids who does not have 3 thousand + dollars laying around for a car that i thought was a good car!!! Please reimburse me especially during these hard times with no money during covid -19. Don't forget your the millionaires with dumb poor people like myself trying to get ahead by buying a car off the lot, thinking they won't have any car issues!!

The transmission failed at 86,000 mileage. Vehicle stopped on highway in the middle of driving. Took vehicle to dealership and confirmed cvt transmission failure.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2019 Nissan Sentra. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY AT 60 MPH, THE VEHICLE SLID ON SOME ICE AND AS A RESULT, THE VEHICLE RAN INTO A LIGHT POLE. THE SIDE AIR BAGS DEPLOYED AS THE FRONT AIR BAGS FAILED TO DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED.THERE WERE NO INJURIES SUSTAINED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DRIVABLE AND WAS TOWED TO AN IMPOUND LOT. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. A DEALER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 27,000.

While driving and slightly moving right or left there was a clicking noise and the car kicks back. Then as the wheels are turned left or right it felt as if you lose control of turn. You have to really keep extra control of the steering wheel.

The car automatically engages the braking system while in motion, each time this has occurred i was driving on a city street between 25-40mph. I have taken the vehicle to nissan service center 3 times and they have been unable to fix the issue.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO RUSS DARROW CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM OF MILWAUKEE (10901 W METRO AUTO MALL, MILWAUKEE, WI 53224, (888) 497-8363) WHERE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE PART WAS NOT YET AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER HAD EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.

My vehicle has been shuddering when it shifts and also jerks during shifting and the vehicle stalled while i was driving on the hwy, and stalled when i was stopped at the red light, i don? T understand why its happening at 117107 miles, i was told it was my transmission acting up, i have a 3 year old daughter and the vehicle is starting to feel unsafe to drive

Vehicle delivered with 220 miles from dealer at 5:30pm. Awoke following morning and it registered 221 miles. Vehicle was kept in locked garage overnight and never driven.

The display screen for heat/air conditioning and airflow controls will randomly shut off. The temperature and airflow controls will still work even when the screen is off. I will have the heat set to 70 but it feels like i pressed the air conditioning button ( ihave not and checked by pressing the air conditioning button). While other times, i will have the air temperature set to 62 and it feels like i've turned it up to 85 degrees.

While driving the vehicle, noticed the vehicle start to sporadically jerk. Engine rpm would jump and the accelerator was non responsive at times. No check engine light activated. Pulled up to a stop light and when the light turned green the accelerator would not work at all. Pushed the pedal to the floor and had no response at all. Still no check engine light. Contacted nissan and they stated the issue was the cvt transmission starting to fail. Car is a 2017 and has less than 92000 miles on it. Extended warranty ends on that year at 84000 miles. Without warranty coverage the repair is around $4000. Looked all over the internet and found lots of people are having the same issue. Nissan needs to extend the warranty or issue a recall. It is a serious problem to be driving and lose accelerator response all together

At 80,000 mile mark car would sputter on highway when accelerating, rpm flaring, engine would rev up on highway when accelerating. Car would also judder. Seems clearly a cvt issue.

IT'S A NEW 2019 Nissan Sentra I TOOK IT IN LAST YEAR AND THEY REPLACED THE BATTERY BECAUSE I KEPT HAVING A DEAD BATTERY WHERE I WOULD HAVE TO JUMP START MY CAR, NOW AGAIN 2021 ITS DOING THE SAME PROBLEM WHERE I HAVE TO JUMP START MY CAR 2-3 PER WEEK.

WE PURCHASED A USED 2017 Nissan Sentra IN APRIL 2019. IT CURRENTLY HAS 49,000 MILES ON IT, AND FOR THE PAST THREE MONTHS THERE HAS BEEN A PROBLEM WITH INTERMITTENT SOFT BRAKES. THE PEDAL WILL GO ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE FLOOR. MECHANIC HAD PROBLEMS DIAGNOSING IT BECAUSE IT WAS INTERMITTENT. FINALLY HE REPLICATED THE ISSUE AND FLUSHED AIR OUT OF THE BRAKE LINES. BRAKES WORKED PROPERLY FOR A FEW DAYS, AND THEN ISSUE STARTED UP AGAIN. STILL TRYING TO GET THE MECHANIC TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM.

The paint on the roof of the car has started chipping and peeling for no reason. There has been no damage to the car whatsoever. The paint just one day started peeling and chipping.
