WHEN DRIVING AT ABOUT 75MPH FOR LONGER THAN AN HOUR, ESPECIALLY WHEN DRIVING UPHILL, THIS 2016 Nissan Sentra COULD SUDDENTLY LOSE PART OF THE POWER AND RESULT AN UNSTABLE SPEED OF THE VEHICLE, AND THE ENGINE REVOLUTION WILL BOOST UP HIGHER THAN NORMAL.

There is clicking noise that is coming from the right rear side when slow down or coming to stop after braking. I purchased the vehicle in february and noticed it then. Was told by nissan of mobile in mobile al that they could not hear it and everything was fine. I kept telling everytime they service my car that the noise was getting louder. Long story short they told me to go back to ohio where the car came since it look like the but on aftermarket drum on the car. They did not help me at all. But i seen other complaints online regarding they had to get the c-clip fix and the noise went away.

My car frequently chimes with the forward collision warning / emergency brake assist as though there is a chance of a collision. When it does this, there is absolutely nothing in front of my car! When leaving work 2 days ago, i started to cross a little bump in the road that i cross daily with no issues; this particular instance however, my car decided that it was an apparent collision because my car came to a dead stop from about 15-20 miles per hour. Fortunately my husband and i were both wearing our seatbelts, and no one was behind us as it would have certainly caused an accident. The sensor/radar for the forward collision/emergency brake assist is a hazard in my opinion. The concept is fantastic, but if it's not going to work properly, then it needs to be removed from vehicles, or at least be able to be disabled indefinitely, not just while you're operating the vehicle only to have to remember to disable the function next time you're driving.

Every night i drive home from my night job the warning light and message come on that there? S an obstruction on my front sensor. The cvt is trash, my rpm keeps going up and down when i drive on slight incline and i loose speed. Once, on the freeway i lost over 25 mph where the fastest i could go was 40mph. It was scary and i had my baby in the car with me. The dealer forced me to get this car and said i wouldn? T have any issues. Lies and shame on winter chevrolet of pittsburg california!!! They now don? T return messages!!!

While driving70 mph the vehicle stalled without warning i pulled over to the side. Wait for couple minutes and step on the gas vehicle failed to accelerate. Turned the engine off wait for 10 min turned the engine on and vehicle respond. This is happening since vehicle was 7 months old. Took it to the dealer they said everithig is fine. Im still having the same problem even worse

THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 30 MPH, THE VEHICLE STOPPED INDEPENDENTLY WITH THE FORWARD COLLISION AVOIDANCE AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT PULLED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, TURNED OFF THE VEHICLE FOR SEVERAL SECONDS, BEFORE RESTARTING AND DRIVING THE VEHICLE TO VICTORY NISSAN OF DICKSON (2219 HIGHWAY 46 SOUTH, DICKSON, TN 37055) WHERE THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH A RADAR SENSOR FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE HOWEVER, NO ADDITIONAL ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 59,447.

THE VEHICLE WILL NOT START WITH A FULLY CHARGED BATTERY AND FUNCTIONING KEY FAB. THIS SEEMS TO BE A COMMON PROBLEM WITH THE Nissan Sentra FOR YEARS. NISSAN HAS DONE NOTHING TO RECALL WHAT SEEMS TO BE A FAULTY BRAKE SWITCH.

My car have been giving me problems such as cutting off in the middle of driving and i don't seem to be going over 45 when this happen i took it to nissan to get it fixed and still does the same thing without warning the car locks the steering wheel and brakes the lights on the dash light up and the car cuts off.

MY 2018 Nissan Sentra IS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE (AEB) AUTOMATIC BRAKING SYSTEM. I'VE HAD THE CAR FOR 10 MONTHS AND WHILE IM DRIVING, I GET A WARNING LIGHT INDICATING THAT THE AEB HAS MALFUNCTIONED, FOLLOWED BY A CONSTANT BEEPING NOISE THAT DOESNT GO AWAY UNLESS I TURN THE VEHICLE OFF. THE LOUD BEEP WILL KEEP GOING FOR AS LONG AS IM DRIVING, AND THE VEHICLE SOMETIMES BRAKES ON ITS OWN, WHICH IS SCARY, AND DANGEROUS. EVERYDAY THAT I DRIVE THE VEHICLE, THE LIGHT COMES ON AUTOMATICALLY WHILE IM DRIVING, FOLLOWED BY THE ANNOYING BEEP, THERES NOT ONE DAY IT DOESN'T HAPPEN, AS FAR AS THE BRAKING GOES, THAT HAPPENS DEPENDING ON THE POSITION OF THE VEHICLE AND OTHER VEHICLES. SOMETIMES OBJECTS WILL MAKE MY VEHICLE BRAKE, OR SOMETIMES IT'LL BRAKE FOR NO REASON, JUST A SLIGHT BRAKE.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 Nissan Sentra. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START WHEN HER DAUGHTER ATTEMPTED TO DRIVE AND THAT THE FAILURE WOULD OCCURRED INTERMITTENTLY. IN ADDITION, ON ANOTHER OCCASION, THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE HER DAUGHTER WAS DRIVING 45 MPH, THE BRAKES FAILED TO FUNCTION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HER DAUGHTER WAS DEPRESSING THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL BUT THE BRAKE WAS STOPPING THE VEHICLE. THE DRIVER WAS ABLE TO COAST TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND NOTICED THE BRAKE PAD FROM THE WHEEL WELL WAS SMOKING. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SMOKE STARTED AFTER THE VEHICLE WAS STOPPED. THE CONTACT CALLED THE POLICE, THE FIRE DEPARTMENT ARRIVED. THE CONTACT ALSO MENTIONED THAT THE TWO FRONT TIRES GOT SO HOT THAT THEY MELTED THE WEIGHT THAT WAS ON THE RIMS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO WALSER NISSAN COON RAPIDS, 3300 129TH AVE NW, COON RAPIDS, MN 55448, AND WAS DIAGNOSED THAT TWO SENSOR THAT WAS NOT COMMUNICATING CORRECTLY WAS TELLING THE VEHICLE TO STOP. THE BRAKE AND STEERING ANGLE SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND PROVIDED A CASE NUMBER AND REFERRED THE CONTACT TO NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 58,972.*DT*JB

On multiple occasions upon entering the car, pressing on the brakes, and pushing the start button, the car will not start. I have to wait several minutes, sometimes as long as an hour and eventually the car starts. It starts after multiple attempts. This has happened late at night, since i travel and work multiple different shifts as a travel nurse. It's extremely scary to leave work in the middle of the night, get to the dark parking lot, and your car not start.

Back camera and front one does not work, in august when the weather went to 122 degrees camara went blue, the i went took it on the second wee of 10/16/2020. Torre nissan kept the car for 5 days and then gave it back to me saying the engeeniers have found no solution for the car part. The back camera sometimes works but sometimes it does not. But i can not see the front of the back cars. I can crash against them.

We have owned the car for about 7 weeks, on two separate occasions the automatic front collision braking system has activated although there were no obstacles in the roadway at the time. On both occasions i was travelling at less than 25 mph going up hill.

MY 2016 Nissan Sentra THAT IS EQUIPPED WITH THE CVT TRANSMISSION HAS BEEN JERKING AND SLIPPING GEARS WHILE DRIVING. IT HAD BECOME HIGHLY UNRELIABLE AND UNSAFE TO DRIVE AND ONLY HAS 105000 MILES ON THE VEHICLE. IT IS GARAGE KEPT AND IS MY WIFES ONLY MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM WORK AND WE HAVE A 1 YESR OLD DAUGHTER WHO SHE DRIVES SROUND IN THE SENTRA FOR DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS AND TO WORK. WE HAVE TRIED CONTSCTING THE NISSAN OF MUSKOGEE DEALERSHIP TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED AND GET OUR VEHIVLE EITHER REPAIRED OR REPLACED AND NO ONE SEEMS TO BE WILLING TO HELP US NEITHER THE DEALERSHIP OR NISSAN OF AMERICA ON THE ISSUE AT HAND.

THE VEHICLE WAS ALSO TAKEN TO A TRANSMISSION SPECIALIST WHO LOCATED DTC CODE: P0776 WHICH WAS RELATED TO THE ELECTRONIC PRESSURE CONTROL SOLENOID. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TRANSMISSION NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 49,000.
