I WENT TO BOB MOORE NISSAN IN NORMAN OKLAHOMA FOR SERVICING MY 2015 Nissan Versa Note. THEY TOLD ME THAT NY AIRBAGS HAD STOPPED WORKING. I?VE NEVER BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT IN THIS CAR AND THE AIRBAGS HAVE NEVER BEEN DEPLOYED. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $3600 TO FIX MY AIRBAGS, BUT I FOUND OUT THAT OTHER NISSAN AIRBAGS HAD BEEN RECALLED.
Driving on highway at least 3 different times. When exiting highway car slowing down. When getting to intersection brakes applied. Pulsating felt on brake pedal. Loud thumping noise heard from left front of car. Took cad still under warranty to dealer service. Dealer test drove car stated they heard or felt nothing so theres nothing wrong with it.
Accelerates by itself without pressing gas after hitting the brake
Diagnosed that the evaporator core and expansion valve needs repair. Mechanic stated this is not due to wear and tear. It is a manufacturer problem in the way the car was made.
While driving my car will shut off. It has happened a total of 5 times and taken into the dealership 4 times. Out of all the times it has shut off my 6-month-old has been in the car twice. One of the times it shut off i was on the freeway while the others were on the street.
Speed control is way off doors won't stay closed back hatch unlatched on it's own full cooling fan went out stationary and in motion highway and town streets
WHEN ACCELERATING THE CAR SHUTS OFF. WHEN PULLING INTO A PARKING LOT THE VEHICLE SHUT OFF. WHEN PULLING IN DRIVEWAY, UP A SLIGHT HILL, THE VEHICLE SHUT OFF. THE CAR SHUT OFF THREE TIMES ON 7/13/2020 ON MY 2015 Nissan Versa Note.
Car floors--right, left, front and rear were mysteriously flooded with a substantial amount of water. Vehicle had been parked in flat driveway, all windows shut, and upon driving a couple blocks from home and pulling to a stop sign on a downward sloping street, water rushed forward on the floor of the car. Car was last driven 2 weeks prior to get inspected and subsequently there had been a few days with heavy rains. Where the water came in i don't know. Used shop-vac to suck out tons of water but moisture still remains on floors when pressed with paper towels. Also, different lights were lit on dash when i put the air on while parked to help dry out carpet--the abs and the car skidding lights. Makes me suspect electrical system was affected by water also. Will call mechanic and insurance company first thing tomorrow (monday).
I got 2 front tires after i noticed the front of car had droped about 10 inches from side front doors to the front of car. I drive the car every day for 2 years i can see the difference. A shop i took it to says its fine but i know my car it wasn,t that way when i bought it. After getting the tires they went kinda hard down off the jack. Something happened?
I used my car to pick up my spouse. It was a hot summer afternoon. All of a sudden my engine stalled. It will not run. The engine had turned off all of a sudden without a warning. Good that i was still in the parking lot with my young son. If i was in a street i don? T really know what will happen next. It was scary! Then i turned on again the engine,i was able to drive from york road to my home but i used the backroad to avoid any accident that might happen.
The fuel gauge is inaccurate once below 3/8ths of a tank. This could lead to a stall on the freeway or in a dangerous area leading to an accident. The problem leaves insufficient time to get to the shoulder of the road. Our particular incident had the meter at 3/8ths and the vehicle stalled. The car was shut off and, when turned back on, the gauge was showing empty. In addition to the problem of a stall causing a potential accident, the fuel pump uses gasoline to cool and lubricate it, leading to potential long-term problems with the fuel system as it was run until empty. Nissan has had historical problems with fuel gauges and this is in line with similar complaints throughout the years.
2015 Nissan Versa Note HESITANT WHEN TAKING OFF. TROUBLE SWITCHING GEARS. LATE SHIFT TIME. BEEN MULTIPLE TIMES WHEN TURNING OUT OF A NEIGHBORHOOD OR AT A LIGHT THAT MY CAR WOULD HESITATE AND I'VE ALMOST BEEN HIT. I'M GUESSING IT'S THE TRANSMISSION. MOST OF MY DRIVING IS IN TOWN. I'M WORRIED THAT ONE DAY ITS GOING TO HESITATE WITH MY KIDS IN THE CAR OR BY MYSELF AND I WILL GET HIT.
My vehicle is shifting and revving it is buzzing and it shakes while in motion it takes time to change the speed. *tr
This car since we bought al those part need to replace, for aproxima 6 months park in the garages, ours friend keeps state ting the transmission was not working all year 2019 towing at least 3 times..
Transmission slips, has shut of the engine. Have to go to dealership to have transmission fluid checked!
YOUR TRANSMISSION IN YOUR Versa NoteS ARE CRAP I HAD TO HAVE ONE REPLACED LAST YEAR 15,000 MILES LATER I WAS DRIVING AND I ALMOST WAS KILLED WHEN MY TRANSMISSION WENT OUT AGAIN WHEN I HAD THE AUDACITY TO THINK I COULD ACTUALLY MAKE A TURN OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY AND NOT GET KILLED BY ONCOMING TRAFFIC EVERYTHING WAS WORKING IN THE CAR EXCEPT FOR GOING FORWARD BACKWARDS EXCETERA AND THEN TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY YOU GUYS STILL MADE ME PAY FOR PART OF IT YOU WON'T EVEN COVER THE WHOLE SYSTEM BEING REPLACED EVEN THOUGH I'D HAD IT DONE LESS THAN A YEAR AGO GUYS ARE KNOWINGLY PUTTING PEOPLE'S LIVES AND DANGEROUS AND DON'T CARE.
When stopping at a traffic light or a stop sign, the car wants to move forward excessively. I have to push the breaks hard to make it stop. Looks like the car wants to continue moving forward on the second gear. Sometimes, i have to push it way harder to the end. Sure it will get worse. It could be way dangerous on highways with higher speeds.
First year of owning vehicle. I was in the freeway and shifted gears - and nothing happened. The car engine reved, but no gears. I took it in for repair to dealership. Dealership said it was under warranty, no charge. A year later i? M on the freeway i push clutch in and it bottoms out and cannot engage gear. I can not down shift and i cannot shift into gear. Fortunately i was able to coast over to side of the freeway. Both times this happened there was not a hint or a clue that transmission was failing.
The transmissions are faulty. My original one broke at around 60k miles as i bought the car at 50k miles used. Then the refurbished one that was sent to replace it had shrapnel inside of it. The third one was put in my vehicle as a brand new transmission and broke within a month, the belt that is submerged in fluid was burned up. Then the fourth one was put in and within a year i am now getting this replaced again due to the same issue and this one was straight from nissan brand new. On to transmission number 5.....
