The owner programmed a 5 minute idle shut off and did not provide anything for me as the driver to stay warm at night i was driving during winter and traveling to states like wyoming where it reached 23 degrees. He has many things not up to dot regulations with his truck, lot of things are not working and damaged. He also didn't do any type of a pre employment drug test or for any of the other drivers he hired. He threatened not to pay me and withheld my pay on two separate occasions. He stole 800. 00 from my back account for damages to his company truck that i hadn't driven for 3 weeks i and currently taking him to court to get my money back. He has screwed over plenty of drivers and should be shut down.

When driving my volvo after it has rained and i begin to break, while on a road with a minimal decline, rain water pours into the cabin. I was told by volvo service technicians the water is not able to channel through the sunroof channels correctly due to corrosion or clogging in the drainage tubes/sunroof tray assembly. The water pours into the cabin near the intellisafe/rearview mirror area. This event creates a distraction to the driver especially if breaking while on a right hand curve as the water pours out towards the drivers field of vision. For fear of water damaging any electrical safety components, or the integrity of the interior materials i pull over to dry these components. This event occurs when ever it rains.

The sunroof spontaneously exploded outward on the highway, no possibility of road debris hitting it as no other cars were nearby, and i was not close to an overpass. I believe temperature fluctuation causes it, as i was recently in below-freezing weather (15*f). On the day of the explosion i drove south starting at 40*f driving to 86*f.

Vehicle: 2020 volvo xc60 - driver outside rear view mirror fails to automatically extend from a vehicle locked rotated inward position when outside in freezing weather. The mirror remains rotated inward facing the interior of the vehicle. A call to volvo usa customer service for advice gave the response - "wait till it unfreezes". There does not seem to be a method to rotate it manually other that force which appears to cause breakage. If you can't wait, it leaves the driver without a means of easily seeing approaching traffic. Fully rotating the head creates other potential for keeping an eye on traffic ahead. Vehicle was stationary, and outside with temperature in about 31 f degrees in a driveway. Passenger mirror performed as intended. This has append 2 times. Today 12/28/2020 in zip code 98077 & 12/26/2020 in zip code 99338. Both in the same weather conditions.

The windshield is leaking heavily from the top and condensation impairs visibility. This is effecting some of the safety and electrical systems, such as the passenger airbag and door controls.
