My daughter was stuck in the back seat. I was unable to get her out. The seatbelt was locked and unable to unlock. I had to cut the seatbelt in order for her to get out.
When i forget to put on the drivers seat belt there is not alarm or warning. Since i bought the care i noticed this. I have read through the manual and cannot figure out why there would not be a sound to remind me.
Both second row seat belts failed. The dealer comment is that both retractors broken. The seat belts failed within 3 years, but outside the mileage restriction for warranty repair. The vehicle is predominantly for business travel, with limited second row passengers, and averaging 25k miles per year. A dodge case was opened on my behalf, but i was informed that the vehicle is out of warranty and no action will be taken. The parts are roughly $250, but labor to install them is substantially more, as the interior has to be disassembled. It is unreasonable for seat belts to fail with 75,000 miles on the vehicle, and under 200 uses.

Additionally, the vehicle occasionally failed to respond when shifted into drive however, the reverse gear worked as designed. The power steering assist warning light was illuminated. The contact recently noticed that the rear driver's side seat belt was not stitched properly. The seat belt strap loosened while attempting to secure his child in the seat belt. Mtn view chevy (310 e 20th st, chattanooga, tn 37408) was made aware of the failures and informed the contact that the vehicle was over the warranty coverage and there were no recalls associated with the failures. The manufacturer was made aware of the failures and opened a case but informed the contact that recalls were vin specific and the vin was not included in any recalls associated with the failures. The manufacturer referred the contact to an authorized dealer to have the vehicle diagnosed. The approximate failure mileage was 44,000. Invalid vin.

Have a lot of difficulty getting the seatbelt to lock into place. Once vehicle is placed in park, the key will not rotate to the off position and cannot remove it.
Audi recall #69z4, nhtsa recall #19v474 the car was under a previous recall for the same problem, which was? Fixed? By dealer sometime in 2019. Currently the car shows airbag is deactivated, the unbuckled seatbelt warning lights and sounds flashes even when the seat is unoccupied. Spoke the audi of ontario,ca on several occasions. They refuse to fix the vehicle. Service manager will not return phone calls. This is the second time this component had to be replaced, and the dealer is refusing to repair it. The passenger airbag off light stays on, when the seat is unoccupied, this happens as soon as the vehicle is started. The unfastened seatbelt light, and airbag light remain on while driving. Unfastened seatbelt sounds continue for 2-3 minutes after the car is started, then goes away.

The passenger seatbelt light keeps blinking when seat belt is buckled and it says passenger airbag is off while there is someone in there and buckled up. This happens when parked or driving, we have unhooked the battery to try to reset it. No luck. I am afraid if we were to get in an accident the passenger airbag would not deploy.
Took my car five times for brake/suspension clicking, driver seat noise (bulletin already available), and steering column rattle ( advised by tesla to move the steering a little because it touching the instrument panel ( bad design and shouldn't the customer change his comfort to comfort the bad design by tesla. ), also has issue with camera moist that prevent blind spot and autopilot lane change works in moistur weather, seat belt rattle. All these issue with some has bulletin they said normal and charge me for checking it while my car under warranty. All issues are while driving except battery breather supercharging
I AM A RIDESHARE DRIVER. ON FRIDAY, APRIL 23, 2021 PASSENGERS BEGAN TO COMPLAIN THAT THE RIGHT-SIDE SEAT BELT (ON THE 2ND ROW OF SEATS) WOULD NOT FASTEN. AFTER ARRANGING FOR PEOPLE TO MOVE AROUND TO THE OTHER SIDE (LEFT-HAND SEAT) FOR A WHILE, I FINALLY QUIT DRIVING TO DEAL WITH THE ISSUE MYSELF. AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO REPAIR THE BUCKLE, I GAVE UP AND STARTED CALLING AROUND FOR THE PART--BUT COULD NOT FIND IT. FINALLY I NOTICED A RECALL NOTICE ONLINE FOR THIS EXACT SAME ISSUE IN 2014-2019 Mitsubishi OutlanderS. ON MONDAY (APRIL 26) I CALLED SCOTT ELDER MITSUBISHI IN CEDAR PARK, TEXAS TO SCHEDULE THE RECALL REPAIR, BUT WAS TOLD THAT MY VIN NUMBER IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE RECALL. THEY ALSO DID NOT HAVE THE PART AND COULD NOT OBTAIN ONE FOR AT LEAST A WEEK. I THEN CALLED THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY TO LEARN WHY MY VEHICLE IS NOT COVERED FOR THE RECALL EVEN THOUGH IT IS A 2019 AND HAS THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM AS DESCRIBED IN THE RECALL NOTICE. THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A SATISFACTORY ANSWER, NOR ANY ALTERNATIVE RECOURSE TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE. AS STATED ABOVE, I AM A RIDESHARE DRIVER. I CANNOT DO MY JOB WITH AN UNUSABLE SEAT BELT. SWITCHING PASSENGERS TO THE OTHER SEAT WON'T ALWAYS WORK BECAUSE I OFTEN PICK UP 3 OR MORE PASSENGERS. EACH DAY I AM WITHOUT THE USE OF THE VEHICLE FOR WORK IS COSTING ME $250-$300 PER DAY (NOT COUNTING BONUSES).

In the meantime daimler on their q1 for investors advised that they did record new sales and production numbers, so lack of parts is not because of not enough parts buy because of over production

Driving through an intersection when a car turned left in front of me at the intersection. Speed was approximately 35-45 when collision occured. The front of my car hit the side of their car. After crash dash showed pcs malfunction see dealer no airbags deployed and seat belt did not lock up. Car was deemed totalled at 50k miles. I have whiplash and moderate back injuries. Car was taken in for recall on 3/28/2021.
I HAVE PURCHASED A 2020 Tesla Model 3 BACK IN SEPTEMBER 2020 IN CASH. ONLY FOR THEIR TO BE MULTIPLE ISSUES. THE MOST RECENT ISSUE IS A FRONT RIGHT SAFETY RESTRAINT FAILURE. IT HAS BEEN LOOKED AT AND UNSUCCESSFULLY FIXED BY THE TESLA SERVICE CENTER FOUR TIMES NOW. UNDER THE LOUISIANA LEMON LAW, I AM REQUESTING FOR A WHOLE NEW VEHICLE. I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING SOMEONE FROM MY SERVICE CENTER AND EVEN STRAIGHT TO CONTACTING TESLA. NO ONE WILL RETURN MY CALLS OR HELP WITH MY CAR ISSUES.
The drivers side seatbelt is no longer working at all. The latch does not lock into the piece at the bottom of the driver side seat. The red piece you push to unlock the seatbelt doesn't move.
