My 2019 f350 has a death wobble which is uncontrollable. Durning the past 2 weeks has made us almost crash. Fit leaves the truck uncontrollable which almost hit two tractor trailers and caused a major traffic accident when the death wobble started with a small bump in the road. We were in the left lane when it started we went all the way to the right without any notice with the entire truck shaking out of control. We bright it to the dealership which stated there? S a recall blamed the tires and alignment. The recall is back ordered and not available. They refunded us a suitable rental car. When i complained and asked if i should bring my truck to a different dealership he asked me when will i be picking up my truck. My truck is under factory warranty
I experienced the "death wobble". I was driving on a highway in oregon and as i crossed onto a bridge on the grande ronde river at about 50 mph, the steering wheel started shaking violently. I gradually slowed down and regained control. I took the truck to a ford dealer and they replaced the steering dampener. The service advisor told me that this was the second time that the truck had been repaired for that issue. The truck had fewer than 27,000 miles and the dampener had been replaced twice.

On multiple occasions over the past few months the front end of my truck has begun to shake violently. The steering wheel shakes badly and the only way to regain control is to brake quickly. In each instance the vehicle was traveling between 65 and 75 mph and the shaking seems to be instigated by hitting a an uneven section of the road? I specifically recall a bridge expansion joint and a pothole that set off the shaking. All incidents occurred on freeway straightaways. I tow a travel trailer and this shaking has occurred both when towing and not towing. In reading a blog frequented by travel trailer owners, this problem with the f250 has become known as the? Death wobble? And seems to be experienced by many. I have been fortunate enough to have not been in an accident because of this problem, however, since the solution to wobble is rapid braking given the fact that this occurs on freeways at relatively high rates of speed, i imagine it will only be a matter of time until an accident occurs. I have asked the ford dealership about this problem, however they claim ignorance. A you tube video entitled: ford f-250: death wobble strikes 3 times provides video evidence of this shaking.
Developed severe front end steering wobble (death wobble) at approximately 17,000 miles, august, 2020. Has occurred seven times since into the month of november, at speeds between 70 to 75 mph, on highways after hitting uneven road or potholes. Several times the incidents were severe with emergency braking in high speed traffic, with near crash, or accident. I have replaced steering stabilizer, and track bar with no improvement. I have not been to a ford dealer, since they do not have a recall on this common occurrence, and do not have a permanent fix to the problem.
2019 ford f-250 has developed a death wobble at 17,000 miles this happens 65 and over miles an hour. I called ford and it has been six days i leave messages every day and they will not call me back not sure what to do the truck is dangerous to drive. Please help
While traveling down the interstate around 75mph, the vehicle began to shake almost uncontrollably. While i was able to regain control and continue on after slowing down, it was a very frightening occurrence. It seems to be a prevalent problem with gm cars as an internet search revealed lots of complaints for this "chevy shake. "
Already having transmission problems. Car jerks and slows me dow and the steering has gotten almost unmanageable in less than 200 miles. The wheels already need alignment and i've hit no curbs. This car is another disaster from nissan. The cvt was a terrible thing that has happened to vehicles

Driving on the highway between 70-75 mph and hit a bump in the road and the front end started shaking violently. This happened twice in one commute. From a quick google search it looks like a very large amount of people are having this same issue and from forum boards they are all asking why this hasn? T become a safety recall issue yet? The truck will shake violently and the only way i can get it to stop shaking is come down to almost a complete stop. That? S not easy or safe on a highway especially if you are in a left lane. I? D like every hot shot or big wig high up in the ford industry to give that a try and then look me in the eye and tell me that? S not a safety issue or shouldn? T be a safety recall. Go for it, busy commute, fast lane, hit a bump, violently shaking, then coming safely to a stop. Not just unsafe for myself, but every other person within the vicinity of my truck. Lastly, i purchased this vehicle used this year with only 36k miles and now only has 48k which is hardly enough miles for any major wear and tear. Continuing on that, i was test driving another newer f250 (2019) and during the test drive it did the exact same thing. From what i? M gathering online, this is a major issue that has yet to be addressed and i fear will only be taking seriously when someone gets killed. Why? Because i? M sure it? S going to cost ford a ton of money. $40k used truck for me a ton of money. But death? Well, i guess that? S a risk ford is willing to take to save face. The? Death wobble? As its being called. The end.
Death wobble front end at highway speeds.
At highway speeds i hit 2 or 3 small bumps consecutively on the pa turnpike. The car started to wobble and steering wheel shook uncontrollably. This was the second time this had happened... Could not regain control, had to downshift rapidly to decrease speed and get control. Luckily, at this time, there was no one behind me but there are so many places along the turnpike where you? Re jammed between concrete barriers, it could have been very scary.
HERE IS A Tesla Model 3 IN THE JUNKYARD IN HAWAII. HTTPS://WWW.IAAI.COM/VEHICLEDETAILS/38117165?ROWNUMBER=0 I DON'T THINK ELON CAN USE THE CHINESE ROADS AND CHINESE DRIVERS EXCUSE FOR THIS ONE. THE FRONT WHEEL AND SUSPENSION HAS SIMPLY FALLEN TO BITS. THIS IS NOT THE RESULT OF A CRASH, NO AIR-BAGS DEPLOYED AND NO DAMAGE TO THE CAR EXCEPT FOR THE WHEEL FALLING OFF. THE STEMS OF THE BALL JOINTS ARE SNAPPED. THESE SAME FAILURES OF SNAPPED BALL JOINT STEMS HAPPEN REPEATEDLY ON TESLAS. THERE IS SOMETHING BADLY WRONG WITH THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND INSPECTION. THIS CAR HAS ONLY COVERED 6000 MILES. WHY IN THE WORLD ARE YOU ALLOWING TESLA TO GET AWAY WITH THIS? YOURS IN DISGUST. KEEF
Front end violent shaking at highway speed when crossing pavement change like bridge or pothole. Unable to control vehicle until speed reduced under hard braking. Ford dealer aware of issue and calls it death wobble. Contacted ford customer service and they stated they had a program for this issue and made a partial payment to total cost off replacing all front end suspension parts. They know of problem and have designed alignment specs to cause dangerous pre mature part failure.
The front lower control arms have worn and required replacement twice since i purchased the car new in march of 2019.
While traveling at approximately 70 mph on the freeway, i suddenly experienced a violent shaking in the front end after hitting an ordinary bump in the freeway. The shakoing was so violent that i temporarily lost control of the vehicle. The shaking ceased as the truck slowed to about 30 mph. I initially suspected a wheel or tire problem, but upon inspection i could not find any tire issues. This vehicle only has 20k miles, and has been completely dealer maintained since purchase.
