After 3 months of new car ownership and appx 2000 miles when you hit 52 mph there's a loud roaring noise that abruptly stops. Its louder in cold weather. Same noise also happens at lower speed of appx 35 -49 mph but is muted. Car has been into dealer 5 times for same issue ad honda hasn't been able to fix. Noise happen on any road while in motion. 1st dealer check was in nov 2018. I filled complaint number: 11303013 but have never heard back from anyone. Multiple honda hybrid owners have this problem.

WHILE MAKING A STOP SIGN MY Kia Sportage STARTED ACCELERATING INVOLUNTARILY LIKE IF I STEP ON THE GAS PEDAL ALL THE WAY! I IMMEDIATELY THOUGHT OF JUST TURNING MY VEHICLE OFF BUT AFTER I SWITCH THE GEAR TO NEUTRAL. THIS INCIDENT WAS VERY SCARY TO THE POINT THAT I DO NOT FEEL SECURE TO DRIVE IT. VERY SCARY EXPERIENCE.

My check engine light came on and code is mass airflow. I have replaced it 5 times as well as had the work done suggested by nissan for the tbs that has been issued for it. It stalls while i am driving it. Which almost resulted in am accident. The only code that comes up on the scan is for the mass airflow. I have contacted nissan and was told that they dont know what the problem is bring it to a dealership. I have had it checked and rechecked and fixed and the issue is not going away. With it now stalling as i drive this is now a safety issue. It happened on a route where the speed limit is 50 miles an hour. At this time i not only replaced sensor again but also had a mechanic clean the throttle body and do the other recommendations. The light cleared and 2 weeks later same issue happened.

I RECEIVED A RECALL NOTICE IN NOVEMBER OF 2019 ON MY 2016 VW Beetle INVOLVING A BUILD UP OF SILICATE ON THE SHIFT LEVER MICRO SWITCH. I PURCHASED THE CAR FROM TONY VOLKSWAGEN ON OAHU ISLAND IN HAWAII. I LIVE ON THE ISLAND OF KAUAI IN HAWAII, WHERE THERE IS NO VOLKSWAGEN DEALER AND NO CERTIFIED VOLKSWAGEN REPAIR TECHNICIAN. FOR A PREVIOUS RECALL, THE DEALERSHIP HAD THE CAR SHIPPED BACK TO OAHU TO TAKE CARE OF THE RECALL ISSUE. I CONTACTEDTONY VOLKSWAGEN SERVICE MANAGER DAMEN DUPREE IN NOVEMBER 2019 REGARDING THIS CURRENT RECALL AND AT THE TIME HE SAID THAT BECAUSE THIS RECALL INVOLVED SUCH A SMALL REPLACEMENT PART, IT WOULD BE MORE COST EFFECTIVE FOR THEM TO SEND A TECHNICIAN OVER TO KAUAI INSTEAD OF PAYING TO HAVE THE VEHICLE SHIPPED TO OAHU. I UNDERSTAND THAT THE PANDEMIC HAS TURNED THE WORLD UPSIDE DOWN SINCE MARCH, BUT I BEGAN THIS PROCESS WAY BEFORE THAT WAS AN ISSUE. THERE IS CURRENTLY A 14 DAY QUARANTINE FRO TRAVELERS FROM OAHU TO THE OTHER HAWAIIAN ISLANDS, SO I UNDERSTAND THAT IT NO LONGER MAKES SENSE TO SEND SOMEONE OVER FROM OAHU TO TAKE CARE OF THIS RECALL ISSUE. IT SEEMS AS IF THEY SIMPLY ARE TRYING TO AVOID THE COST OF SHIPPING MY VEHICLE OVER TO OAHU TO CHECK OUT THE RECALL ISSUE. I HAVE CALLED MR. DUPREE AT LEAST 10 TIMES TRYING TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED, AND HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RETURN CALL FROM HIM SINCE OUR FIRST CONVERSATION BACK IN NOVEMBER, 10 MONTHS AGO. SO FAR, I HAVE NOT EXPERIENCED THE POSSIBLE PROBLEMS THAT THE RECALL IS CONCERNED ABOUT, BUT I WANT TO KNOW MY CAR IS SAFE AND COULD NOT RESULT IN A CRASH THAT COULD INJURE PEOPLE AND DAMAGE PROPERTY, AS STATED IN THE LETTER I RECEIVED. I NEED TO KNOW MY CAR IS COMPLIANT WITH REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS AND APPRECIATE ANY ASSISTANCE YOU CAN GIVE ME REGARDING GETTING THIS RECALL ISSUE RESOLVED.

The? Shift to park? Light comes on even though my car is already in park. I have to sit there and rock my shift back and forth until the warning lamp goes off. Otherwise i can? T turn my car off.

I had two instances where my car stalled on the highway while doing 50-60 miles an hour. The engine runs fine and revs go up when i push the accelerator, however the car does not speed up. Both the times i was able to move the car to the side of the highway, narrowly avoiding accidents. The engine died both times and after a period of time stranded on the side of the highway i was able to start the car and drive to my destination. I took it to a local dealership to get it checked out. The dealership claims they could not find what the issue is with the car. According to them, they idled the car for about an hour to warm it up and drove it for an hour. They repeated this one more time. However, they could not replicate the issue and cannot fix it. Apparently they performed a throttle body service on the car and charged me for it. Looking at the mileages on the invoice, the car went into the dealership at 91223 miles and went out of the dealership at 91255 miles. However when i picked up the car, the mileage on it was 91241 miles. So basically they drove the car for a total of 18 miles in 2 hours? I have two issues here. 1. I have a car that has a potential to put the safety of my family and i at risk in the middle of the highway. 2. The dealership claimed they tried to diagnose it but evidently have not even tried, if you look at the mileage. I would like to know how i can get this issue fixed and feel safe in the car.

DISCOVERED NON-IMPACT WAVY CRACKS ON THE BACK PANEL OF MY PANORAMIC SUNROOF AS IT WAS PARKED IN A PARKING LOT AT WALGREEN?S. WAS NOT PARKED UNDER ANY TREES OR OTHER STRUCTURES. CAR STAYS IN GARAGE AND ROOF IS RARELY USED. UPON AN INTERNET SEARCH, THIS APPEARS TO BE COMMON WITH Ford EdgeS AND THERE IS A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT. THIS IS A MANUFACTURER DEFECT.

Key gets stuck in ignition after putting vehicle in park. It is an intermittent issue but as time passes it happens more and more. There was a service bulletin issued in 2018 regarding this bulletin #16-112-18r. This has been happening for over a year and a half. Per subaru of america they are fully aware of the problem as they get a ton of phone calls regarding this but have not yet issued a recall.

The back-up camera does not operate consistently. Sometimes it will connect just fine. Other times, it will not connect at all, sometimes it will connect but be streaky and jumpy, making it difficult to see behind the car. This has been on-going for some time.

WHILE DRIVING 70MPH ON A HIGHWAY, MY Kia Soul SPONTANEOUSLY BURST INTO FLAMES UNDERNEATH A STRANGER STOPPED WITH A FIRE EXTINGUISHER LUCKILY. FIRE DEPT SAYS HAD WE NOT USED THE EXTINGUISHER, MY CAR QUITE LIKELY WOULD HAVE EXPLODED. PRIOR TO INCIDENT, I HAD NO WARNING LIGHTS ON, NO OIL LEAK, OIL NEEDED CHANGING SOON BUT WASN?T TOO LOW. THERE WAS NO COLLISION.

The emergency braking system shuts off with no warning and in turn deactivates the adaptive cruise control. This has happened several times and the last occurrence happened on a two lane highway in clear weather conditions with an 18-wheeler following in close proximity. When i brought the vehicle to the mechanic at the dealership, the code showed that the distance sensor? Must be replaced? Because it was out-of-date. When i asked the manufacturer of the car to pay for the replacement, they refused. I have dealt with four people at the corporate office and they refuse to pay the $1400 to replace the faulty factory original part. Also note, i have replaced the transmission two times in 9 months on this vehicle and those were covered under the certified pre-owned warranty. I am beginning to suspect i have a lemon.

I had a cracked windshield after only having the car for less than a month. The dealership would cover this at the time. The windshield just cracked again for no apparent reason and i believe the car was stationary as it start out as a small crack and has grown to across the windshield..

The radio/navigation system seems to have a mind of it's own. First, the radio screen has been slowly separating from the radio, which hasn't affected the use of the touch screen usage. It is about half way separated. All of a sudden we find the unit changing our radio stations using our presets and manually entering in digits; it scrolls through the air conditioning vent options and stops on any one of them randomly; it has selected the uconnect app trying to load some application that isn't loaded; it has selected to turn on the heated steering wheel; it has selected to turn on either seat's heater and then off again, then both, etc. ; it has selected the navigation and routed to different locations and started the navigation all on it's own; on one drive, while in motion, this summer when 100 deg outside, it has turned the heater all the way up and then locked the screen so we couldn't change it back. On this one, it nearly caused an accident! My has had a stroke before and can't take the heat. When it wouldn't let her change it back to air conditioning she nearly passed out trying to get out of traffic and to the side of the road. It wouldn't even let her use the manual knobs to control the air conditioning. They were locked. Even when turning car off and then back on didn't help initially. It took 3 times until it let her adjust it. These happenings are random; some happening more than others and sometimes not at all. It happens at any point, in motion or sitting still; city, highway, turning, straight; it doesn't matter to it. This happens at least daily and will start and stop at random times. Most of the time it doesn't stop until you cut the car off. This is a safety issue in so many ways. I have videos that shows this, but can't upload a video.

My touchscreen went black and systems became disabled (air control, autopilot, music, navigation). Within a week the readings on my phone app were not correct and it took some time for the power to engage the gears. My backup camera went dark. Finally, i could not put my car in gear and it had to be towed by a specialty towing service. Tesla tells me it is a software issue, but i think a memory chip has gone bad. I think this relates to an existing investigation on this issue by nhtsa.

THIS PICTURE REPRESENTS SOME OF THE PAINT LOSS ON THE 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 CREW CAB. I BOUGHT THIS VEHICLE BRAND NEW AND HAVE NEVER BEEN IN THE SNOW. THERE'S NO WAY THAT A VEHICLE SHOULD HAVE PAINT PEELING OR HAVE EXPOSED METAL.

Service shifter keeps popping on my dashboard. Car can be turned off, key removed from ignition, then when started again the message will go away. Message will reappear after about 100 miles of driving. Major safety concern!

Mcu failure. It is becoming almost a daily issue with the mcu being very slow and occasionally the whole screen goes black with no hvac control and pixelated screen with poor navigation.
