While on highway or city street at times the radio and panel lights flicker and the sound system goes off and will not return till i stop the vehicle and turn it off then once i start the engine the sound system will come on once again. Also at times the high beams will take a while to come on. The rear diir will not open in automatic must be hand forced. The rear suspension is as it does not exist

While driving about 10 mph in my neighborhood, the engine abruptly cut off. The "d" on my dash began to flash. Steering was difficult and braking was difficult. The car just coasted. I was able to pull the car over to the side of the road and put it in park. Then i was able to restart the car. If i had been on a highway or a busy street, this would easily have been an accident. My 8 year old son was in the car. Now i'm scared to drive the car. I have called the dealer to have them take a look at the vehicle. Seems this is not just an issue for me. A lot of other 2018 jeeps have had this issue. A car that randomly shuts off while it's being driven is a horrific accident waiting to happen. Hopefully something can be done at the dealership. Another issue with the car that may be related or separate. The radio in my center consol turns on when i start the car. Then it freezes and shuts off. Then it turns itself back on and freezes and shuts off again. It goes through this process several time before it will turn on, stay on, and function properly. I am told that it could be that the car needs an update. I am also told by the dealer that the update could result in the car needing an entirely new radio.

Nhtsa recall #21v035. My touch screen, fans, blinkers and lights have gone out while driving 4 times in the last month, in motion on city streets and on the highway. Tesla says they do not have parts to fix it. The recall states the fix is to be available starting march. What can be done to force tesla to actually fix the car?

The uconnect/sirius xm system turns off while driving. It's dangerous if i am using navigation. Xm says a favorite is on but nothing is brought on screen. The unit completely freezes. It has stayed on even when car is off and locked. Back up sensor is not audible. It is at dealership. I purchased new and had this issue from the beginning. Dealer is unable to replicate.

Tesla has been unable to help us navigate through this emmc 8gb recall and provide us with effective communication.   they have attempted to deny our reimbursement request based on inaccurate information and even shared unrelated invoices as the bases for the denial. Our mcu was replaced due to the emmc 8gb card failing last year.   the symptoms and repairs noted on the invoice are identical to the recall information.   furthermore, the techs at the service center told us very clearly that it was due to the memory issue, but was out of warranty at the time. I am very frustrated that i cannot call anyone to resolve this and am reaching out for help!

I was parked and suddenly my car did not want to start, no warning lights came on before experiencing this issue. After bringing it to the dealership according to them battery needs to be replaced again and it has been only about 2 years or less from last replacement. This issue clearly needs to be address immediately as batteries should last for minimum of 3 years. Also after experiencing problems with the battery the airbag warning lights came on and volkswagen dealership is stating i must replace faulty airbag indicator light and pay it from my pocket which i find unacceptable. This issue needs to be further investigated as airbag warning indicator can also be related to? Volkswagen's clock spring problems?.

I bought vehicle in may 2020 and have had continued issues with my vehicle since december 2020. Four months ago the radio screen started freezing occasionally. Within a couple weeks it was significantly worse and happening more frequently. The screen would freeze while reversing or would cut off, restart or freeze while driving. I had the misfortune of driving on the highway and and the screen froze. I had to get off at the next exit so i could turn vehicle off and on to unfreeze screen because i needed to use the gps. I brought vehicle in to dealership on 1/14/2021 and was told radio would need to be replaced and the part should take 2-6 weeks to receive part from manufacturer. As of 4/6/2021 the part has not been received. I called dealership to inquire and was told that the manufacturer does not send new only used refurbished radio and they would send replacement once the had one. In the meantime im stuck with a hazardous inferior vehicle. The manufacturer needs to better honor their warranty is especially when theres a safety hazard. The issue now occurs almost daily.

Air conditioner fails to cool and instead blows hot air. Honda authorized service technician has confirmed that a defective air conditioner compressor has caused freeon leakage from the compressor's main shaft throughout the system.

Vehicle's back up camera was only working intermittently, then stopped working all together. Error code (per dealership, c1001 i think but may be incorrect code) indicates a problem with the wiring that connects the camera to the center console.

This problem involves the auto-idle stop feature of my vehicle. While stopped in a long line of cars, and the brake pedal depressed, i had been moving forward slowly in this line. Each time i take my foot off the brake pedal, the engine restarts automatically, and i pull forward. Then, when i hit the brake again and stop, the engine shuts off, but usually goes into accessory mode. First, this started to malfunction and the radio, electrical system would shut down, incorrectly, then restart once i took my foot off the brake. But then, on this particular saturday, when i took my foot off the brake one particular time... The car did not restart. The whole car, electrical system and everything shut down. I then tried to manually restart the car by putting the car in park, depressing the brake pedal, and pressing the start button. The car just clicked, and all the lights on the dash were flashing on and off. The car would not restart!! I tried over and over, and nothing! I had 40 + cars behind me in this line! Everyone was beeping their horn and impatient. I then tried to put the car in neutral so i could try to push the car out of the way and the line.... But the dash warning message said the car could not be put in neutral without the car being started!! The car was dead! I couldn't move it, i couldn't turn on emergency flashers, nothing! It was a bad situation. I had to call a friend to bring jumper cables to jump start the car. But it clearly was not a battery issue. The battery was checked after i got the car started again... And it is fully charged! So this was clearly a problem with the auto- idle stop feature!! I did some online research and found thousands of online complaints about this exact issue! It's put many people in very dangerous situations. I reported this to honda usa customer service. This issue needs to be addressed and a recall put in effect!

Tesla advised me that the 8gb (emmc) in the media control unit is faulty which on two recent occassions caused me to expience a persistent center display or loss of the rearvies camera display, defrost/defog, and/or turn signal lighting, which may increease the risk of a crash. Tesla reports that they do not have the parts needed to fix the car for me. I have been dealing with this issue since january 2021. I had expected more from tesla.

I experienced an incident with my recently purchased glb 250 that mirrors exactly the 20200070009 recall that does not cover my vin. After running the vehicle through a car wash, the dashboard instrument cluster went blank, with no ability to determine speed, fuel levels, etc. Water affected the proper component operation for a period of time, but did eventually return.

I was driving and i began smelling a burning smell when i hit the brakes. The smell has gotten stronger and not gone away. I made an appointment at the dealership after finding out there was recalls on vehicle that were my make and model and the recall described exactly what was happening. The dealership was not helpful. They said they had not gotten a recall on my specific car yet and though they could detect an? Odor? They weren? T certain what it was from and literally told me to not park indoors. And if my car caught fire to exit quickly. I also called kia and they told me the same thing and that i could try another place for a second opinion. I told them there was a recall and my fuses needed to be checked. No one wanted to help me.

Dead battery issues - if doors or liftgate is open for even short amounts of time the battery goes dead. Have had to had it jumped 6 or 7 times since we bought it 3 years ago. That leads to issues with liftgate and passenger windows, requiring deal resets. Issue started at less than 10,000 miles.

Clock spring broke. This is a known issue and recall for previous years, but apparently not mine. Symptoms are airbag light on, inoperable steering wheel accessories including horn. This is a safety issue. It should be recalled. First knowledge of this problem was upon starting first thing in the morning. Car was parked in the garage.

I complain that tesla failed to remedy the defect of malfunctioning emmc by replacing vcm daughterboard (see the letter received) within a reasonable time frame. Since last november i have received a number of letters from tesla informing the recall and nothing happened.

Brake light failure. Brake lights work inconsistently. Changing the bulb does not fix the problem. This is an electrical issue that has been reported by numerous owners. This is a safety hazard as the components have to be repaired by a technician which causes hundreds of dollars, per light. This is a defective product that should be recalled!!!

The vehicle gives a? Shift to park? Warning on dashboard after vehicle ignition button. This warning shows up every time the vehicle is accepted to shut off. It takes several minutes and tries to get the message to go away and the vehicle to completely shut off. The only successful way of getting the message and vehicle to completely shut off is by wiggling or shaking the gear shifter until it goes away. I have been stranded with children in the vehicle for concerns that the vehicle will roll with the vehicle not registering that it is in park. After researching the vehicle issue further it has been found that other owners with the same year and model have had the same shift to park message and have had their vehicle roll on it? S own. The vehicle has gone to the dealership to be fixed but unfortunately because my warranty has expired i am being held responsible for paying to fix this safety issue.
