I am asking about the fuel system recall 12v069000 calling to tighten the fuel pressure sensor. Why has the turbo part number been rescinded a few times. Along with the tsb # ntb16-035a calling for the oil line to be replaced whenever turbocharger mx is performed. Since the recall was performed before the tsb and it required the oil one to be removed, could this have caused the faulty turbocharger. I have had one turbo charger replaced in 2019 - 5 years ago and my turbo charger went out again yesterday - 4/14/2024 at 150,000 miles. It threw a code p2263. Clearly this is a defect and beyond costing a lot of money, a safety issue.

A couple of weeks ago on my way home from school i could smell something burning. I stopped my car and started looking around to find that the front passengers seat was smoldering and burning a hole in my backpack, toque and the seat itself. The seat warmer switch was in the off position. My dad has since disconnected the wiring to the seat warmers on both drivers and passenger sides. This seems to be a safety issue. Has there been other complaints like this for these vehicles? We have not been to the dealer, we have contacted nissan and were told the following "your vehicle is out of warranty and therefore is not our problem" the car has 170,000 kms on it but this is a safety issue not a warranty complaint.

Timing chain needs replacement however the timing chain was already replaced in 2014 under nissan recall ntb14-030c campaign p4213. This car has 54,000 miles on it and has been serviced at nissan dealerships according to the nissan service schedule. There is no reason for this part to need replacing again after so few miles unless the nissan part was bad, there is an underlying manufacturing issue with the vehicle or the recall replacement was done incorrectly. Nissan consumer affairs refuses to assist because the car is out of warranty.

I have a 2012 nissan juke and every one of the door lock actuators has had to be replaced. The problems started early on, but the door locks intermittently fail when using the key fob or external door button. Using the internal door lock button is more likely to work even when the key fob and external button fail. Because the failures are intermittent, it is hard to get this diagnosed and replaced at the dealerships. I have had to take the car to the dealership many times, pay a $200 diagnostic fee and then sometimes they replace the door actuator and sometimes do not. Over the past 4 years i have replaced 3 of 4 door actuators and will be replacing the 4th door actuator now. I contacted nissan consumer affairs regarding the issue, as it is a known issue, but they refused to assist because the car is no longer under warranty.

Sept 2022 i bought my 2012 nissan juke from jeff wyler’s nissan king automall. April 23 the left, lower ball joint/axle (drivers side) broke. Needed fixed. Almost $2,000. I specifically asked them to check right sided ball joint/axle. Oh it’s fine. We checked it out and it’s all good. Less than 3 months later-the right sided axle and ball joint broke. It only took over 6 weeks and 3 different places (discount tires, tire discounters and jeff wyler’s dealership) to figure out what was wrong with my vehicle at this time. This time it cost me more (but since jeff wylers mechanics fix things and then jack up the price by $800) it actually cost me $1550 to fix it this time. I could have died. On both occasions and now it feels like the backend of my juke is shaking apart. I’m scared to death to drive my vehicle and i’ve told jeff wyler i think they sold me an unsafe vehicle and i am now terrified to drive it. But it’s the only car we have in our family and i can’t afford to buy another one. You have no idea as to how terrified i am to drive my car now; especially with that rear end shaking. Omg! I’ve never owned a nissan before and this is my last i have also asked jeff wyler’s dealership-wouldn’t this have been caught on their inspection of selling a used car? Wouldn’t the mechanic in april seen signs/symptoms of stress on the right sided ball joint when they looked at it when they fixed the left side? How do things like this get missed? & put my life in danger as well as every other person on the roads while i drove with broken axles and ball joints? How can they sell vehicles that are not safe? Omg! You cannot comprehend the terrified feeling along with anxiety/nausea and just pure terror of driving a vehicle that shakes still and where i’ve had to fix 2 separate massive breakages in the driveway mechanics or frame (idk. The 2nd time it happened; i thought its a bad tire). I am now more religious and spiritual because of this. I now pray several times daily

I purchased this nissan 2012 from hyundai santa maria. It has had a problem starting consistently. There are recorded records all over the net. Simply google nissan juke push button won't start. I have already spent some money trying to figure out the issue. People have been stranded in my car calling triple a. It drains the batteries which are $250 each. Nissan indicates that the remote keyless entry that stalls in the accesory mode. It has been 10 yrs an people are having to dump their cars. Mine i pay $224 a month an 11k loan for it to sit in my driveway. It is a danger as if the car cannot be started in a hazardous situation then someone will die. The contact stated that nissan has not offered any assistance so far. The contact was informed by nissan that their vehicle does not apply to the recall and recommended that they pay for diagnostic testing.
