I was driving on freeway and i heard an explosion. Glass rain down on me. My sunroof shattered for no reason. I was driving with no cars ahead, beside or behind me. The weather was clear. I suffered with glass in my eye and i almost lost control of my car. Honda said they won't fix it with mr having to pay 1,000. 00 dollars. I want to join class action lawsuit.
Numerous times, i have been driving with absolutely no other vehicles or obstacles surrounding my vehicle, and it would suddenly activate the automatic braking system without warning, leading to a very rapid deceleration from a high rate of speed, almost causing me to crash.
My steering wheel won't return to center after exiting a corner. Harbor auto group, my local chevrolet dealer, confirmed the problem on a repair invoice for unrelated work, stating "found the steering is stiff and the steering wheel will not return to center during road test. "
Rear windsheild glass shattered spontaneously.
My f250 was in service for fuel system replacement and to fix both side mirrors which wouldn’t go down after going up. Shortly afterwards i noticed the rapid turn signal you get when tail lights are out. This happened while using a trailer. The trucks rear lights weren’t working at all but trailer lights were. Also was getting the blinds spot and cross traffic alert faults on instrument panel. Dropped off for service. They found a loose trailer plug and reset some things and got it all working again. Soon after the blinkers would flash fast again meaning lights were out, but would quickly stop and back to normal. Later they stayed blinking fast and tail lights out again after stopping starting several times. I tried plugging in my trailer wire harness and it tail lights started working again on truck?? 2 days later im using trailer again, truck tail lights quit working and getting blind spot and cross traffic fault alerts again!! Still not working after 3 days. Had my trailer lights tested where i bought it, they used a battery powered tester found no fault and trailer lights all worked correctly no shorts in system. During times when faults occurred both my enclosed trailer and my rv back up lights would stay on constantly even when not in reverse! Trailers turn signal, brake and tail lights worked but not truck tail lights. No back up no brakes or signal. Just the license plate lights. Why is it even legal to build a vehicle where you lose use of tail lights if your optional features like blind spot and cross traffic malfunction and can render safety lights useless??!! Dropping off at ford dealer asap to hopefully fix problem. I’ve heard of other trucks having similar problems
When using cruise control, my 2023 tesla model 3 will aggressively brake without warning or apparent cause. The braking is near maximal - as though the vehicle is attempting to prevent an imminent collision. This defect poses a hazard to occupants of vehicles behind mine as well as myself and my passengers as sudden braking could cause a rear-end collision and cascading loss of control. Inclement weather would have exacerbated the problem. This problem is documented. From my brief research it appears phantom braking has been the subject of a nhtsa investigation previously but for prior model years. The issue persists. When i questioned tesla service regarding this life and limb threatening problem their staff was aware and well versed at requesting the customer report the issue as though it were a minor software glitch. This is a significantly more serious problem necessitating an appropriate response.
The steering gear including contour module went out. I was backing out and couldn’t turn my wheel my sisters boyfriend had to drive it home on a curvy road with no power steering. I have a local mechanic looking at it but they said the part is on back order which means this must happen a lot. They finally got the part and now are saying it won’t program so are needing to order another part. When i turned the car on to leave my destination it said service powersteering system and abs, but before that there were no warnings. I unplugged the battery for 30 minutes to rest the car and everything worked fine for another 1, then driving down the road it went out again.

#16260-F0010 B/0 PART COOLANT BY-PASS LOST Vehicle is a 2019 RAV4, odometer reads 37849. I've had a persistent "Engine Maintenance Required" notification on the MID screen for the last 1500 miles or so, literally the day after getting a scheduled service at the dealer. I initially thought it was just the service reminder, so I didn't think much of it, and just ignored it. But eventually it became so annoying that I tried to clear the notification, and couldn't-- and upon further research, it turns out the notification is probably the result of a leaking coolant bypass valve. I haven't noticed any loss in coolant, haven't experienced any abnormal engine temps, and haven't had any CELs. I've also noticed that the notification only comes on now when I have the A/C turned on.
