THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE WATER ENTERED FROM THE SEAL OF THE WINDSHIELD. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO JAGUAR LAND ROVER ANAHEIM HILLS LOCATED AT 5401 E LA PALMA AVE, ANAHEIM, CA 92807, AND THE DEALER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 20,000.
LETTER FROM CONSTITUENT RE: WASHINGTON LEMON LAW IN REGARDS TO THE ISSUES WITH HER Land Rover Range Rover Evoque AND WANTING JAGUAR LAND ROVER NORTH AMERICA LLC TO REPURCHASE THE VEHICLE. *LD *TR THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE FLASHED AN ERROR MESSAGE FOR THE BATTERY, PARKING, ETC FAULTS. THE RPM AND SPEEDOMETER SWEPT FROM LEFT TO RIGHT, BUT HELD RIGHT AND MADE A LOUD BUZZ SOUND. THE FOLLOWING DAY THE VEHICLE WAS DEAD. THE BATTERY WAS REPLACED. THE BRUSHES FROM THE CAR WASH CAUSED THE WINDSHIELD PILLAR COVERS TO SNAP. THE PILLARS WERE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE REQUIRED MULTIPLE SOFTWARE UPDATES TO REPAIR VARIOUS ELECTRICAL FAILURES. THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT RECOGNIZE THE KEY; THEREFORE, THE VEHICLE WOULD NOT START. THIS FAILURE WAS NOT REPAIRED. *JS
