2020 Chevrolet Traverse - UNKNOWN OR OTHER and FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM Failure Complaint (#b0cb34)

2020 Chevrolet Traverse

  • Date of Incident: Jul-15, 2023
  • Date complaint filed: May-01, 2024
  • Failed components: UNKNOWN OR OTHER and FUEL/PROPULSION SYSTEM

According to General Motors, the new GM Special Coverage (N222385510) is only applicable the 2021 model year of the Chevy Traverse. The condition described includes the separation of the front mounting bracket from the front exhaust pipe. This happened to prior year models and are covered under a recall too. All years I searched as well as my mechanic. My vehicle is a 2020 and the same issue is present but has not been covered under a recall.
