Vehicle is owned by my parents. I am his adult son [xxx] ). My father was driving. He failed to stop in time to avoid impacting the vehicle in front. Based on pictures and in-person inspection, he was traveling at a speed that should have deployed the driver's and front seat passenger's air bags. These did not deploy. The side airbag did deploy.
