Front fuel tank bracket mount has failed at the frame. Front of fuel tank was hanging down below frame of truck. Rear bracket appears to be failing at same rate. Had they both failed at the same time the fuel tank would have fallen off into the roadway endangering others with a large object and 20+ gallons of diesel spilling. Along with the tank laying in the road the vehicle would have stopped running causing me to be immobile in the road leaving potential for a collision from the rear. No warning lamps or symptoms were present at the time. I can provide more detailed pictures when i remove tank to seek alternative repairs
